Justin was very timely and responsive throughout my ordeal. I had an underground waterline leak in my front yard caused by tree roots. A new water line was installed and rerouted around the tree in one day to prevent any further problems. I'll definitely be using Coretech again for any plumbing need.

System working great. Can definitely tell the difference in the quality of water. Could do better to accommodate scheduling, especially for a service member who does not have the extra time to get away from work often, but overall technicians are very knowledgeable and ensure your needs are met. Would like to see additional branches open up in Raleigh or Fayetteville to better serve the area.

Have been a customer of Williams for 20+ years. At the first of the year they replaced our 23 year old water heaters. Tight squeeze under house! In the past they have replaced HVAC. Have maintenance contracts and just had spring/summer check and all is working great! They are always very professional, clean up after installations or service and very friendly. Highly recommend them.

Do not use!! They gave me a $1600+ quote to replace a part that is $115 on my water heater. Happy to just take my $80 fee and run. Do not use this company. Highway robbery.The response to my review is laughable. I should take you to small claims court for my $80 just to prove a point that your company is a scam.

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with these guys. Mike came out and did the most detailed Scope of work and assessed our entire home, attic, and basement. He went over everything in absolute detail for us and made us feel informed and able to make an educated decision. He also gave us numerous options and communicated perfectly from start to finish.
Myles and Chris were our technicians that did the full install over two days. To say I was impressed is an understatement. These guys knew what they were talking about, made me feel extremely comfortable while they were working, were clean, and educated me along the way.
