Love, Love, Love this company!!! They came to my home, diagnosed the leaks with the gas pipes in my older home, fixed the pipes which took time and DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. That spoke VOLUMES to me. Would recommend them to everyone.

Williams Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. came out on 3 occasions last week about a clogged kitchen sink drain. They started with an electronic drain cleaning machine. Bill Simpson went thru a cost saving process to fix this to save money. Because I live in a condo, he determined with a camera that it was the common drain between the 4 units on my side. Bill repaired this issue and worked with his boss to get the best deal because it was not my fault and he cared. Not only did he do this, he cleaned the area in which he worked in better than any contractor I have ever seen. He told me exactly what he was doing in the process. He also went to my neighbor's side to fix the loose fitting under their sink today in order to prevent any more flooding which happened to them as a result of all this. This morning he left a voicemail message telling me that the other side was finished and all is taken care of in my building.Bill Simpson has integrity and Williams Plumbing is first on my list for plumbing. There still is GOOD SERVICE out there!

I have used and recommended this company since 2010. They quickly came today to fix a plumbing emergency and then charged me a very reasonable rate on top of it. I was highly impressed and appreciated the kindness.

Had an emergency come up on a Sunday. Able to work around my schedule and come fix the problem. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. Will definitely use the service again and would welcome Danny anytime as our service expert.

Called Matt after hours, next day 0900 he and Kendra arrived and promptly identified and repaired a problem that was damaging our home. Many thanks for great service, good conversation, and a swift response. Should I need a plumber again I know who to call!

Took an hour to fix one screw on the dishwasher and remove pressure reducer on the shower head.

Asked for $250.00, after much debate reduced to $144 (which still is way high)

Didn’t do a good job, unprofessional, do not call if you are looking for a pro.

The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable and incredibly nice to work with. Andy explained everything that I asked and was great to talk to. I spoke with another tech about installing a new system, I forget his name but he was also very knowledgeable and informative. 3 stars because the scheduled window of arrival was 11-2. I received a phone call that I was the next stop around 10 A.M. but didn't see the tech until closer to 4. It was said that the tech was held up at the previous location. Spent all day with this, and had later than expected arrival, otherwise great experience.

Very professional. Did not make a mess inside or out in the yard. Stood behind his work. Would recommend him and I did to anyone.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.
