I used Fiori Plumbing once for a garden faucet replacement. Based on that good experience I called him back when my garbage disposal failed. He essentially fixed it over the phone - gave me a couple things to try before making the trip and charging me for a really simple fix. Thanks John!

Williams Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. came out on 3 occasions last week about a clogged kitchen sink drain. They started with an electronic drain cleaning machine. Bill Simpson went thru a cost saving process to fix this to save money. Because I live in a condo, he determined with a camera that it was the common drain between the 4 units on my side. Bill repaired this issue and worked with his boss to get the best deal because it was not my fault and he cared. Not only did he do this, he cleaned the area in which he worked in better than any contractor I have ever seen. He told me exactly what he was doing in the process. He also went to my neighbor's side to fix the loose fitting under their sink today in order to prevent any more flooding which happened to them as a result of all this. This morning he left a voicemail message telling me that the other side was finished and all is taken care of in my building.Bill Simpson has integrity and Williams Plumbing is first on my list for plumbing. There still is GOOD SERVICE out there!

They were quick to respond and were able to fix our problem within a couple of hours. I will let you know how it goes to see if our issue was corrected. Fingers crossed!!!

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.
Do you not even offer a senior discount?
This is probably the I will have used Sutton for my service work.

The showed up ontime and fixed the drain. They were very reasoable with their rates. I will contact them again.

I will like to take time out to give my review about Carolina Blue Plumbing, LLC and to Bill Smith the owner. This was the second time using them to repair a leak to my toilet in both my two bathrooms One last year and one today. We currently have a Warrenty Plan but for both incidents we went outside our network to call Carolina Blue Plumbing. Bill is polite, knowledgeable, honest and fair when it comes to the cost of your repair. He does not take advantage of his customers. He schedules appointments, always on time and he would even work around your availability to have your repair done. I’m giving Carolina Blue Plumbing five stars. Thanks Bill.

These guys couldn't be more awesome even if they tried! Called them at 8am because my shower diverter stopped working. They scheduled me for 11:30am, but were at my house by 9:30am the same day. They gave me three different options to fix the problem and quotes for each one. They fixed it the same day and I couldn't be more pleased! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

Had a terrible experience with them a few years ago. Finally feeling recovered enough from that experience to share with the world that working with this company was absolutely awful. There are so many fantastic plumbers in the Triad, go hire them and not this company.

They have done great work for my home and rentals -- update as of 04/05/2022 called today to inquire about my bath room tub not draining -- the receptionist was so rude -- she talked over me and just would not let me explain the situation -- she just kept repeating that I needed my septic tank pumped -- I simply asked that they come and. Verify this as septic tank pumping is quite expensive -- either way her rudeness and inability to allow me to speak is why I am updating my review and why I have ordered my property manager to remove them from servicing my 27 rental units-- all she said was OK -- so OK I no longer recommend this business

Our Hot Water Heater was leaking badly. We called a couple places for quotes. They were well over $3500 and couldn’t install it until next week. We called Edward & Mills (bc we use them for our church plumbing needs) and they came the next day! Phil was able to give me a good estimate over the phone after we sent a picture. We were happy to send a pic bc it meant they could come immediately with the correct parts. Jim and Dusty replaced our Water Heater, cleaned up the area (which they didn’t have to do). They also repaired a spigot and cleaned our dryer vent. Super nice guys. Explained what they were doing and why. Installed top of the line American Made equipment. AND they were well over $1500 less than the other quotes we received.

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.

we requested for estimate to change the pipes ,it was about 20ft pipes and estimate was around 900$ .ok ,we paid ,but they change only 10% of the pipes then we requested -they refund us back only 150 $ .so ,they did not finished requested job which we paid ,and they robbed us .One picture is what we requested and paid ,another picture with red mark is only what they reaper .would not recommend them .i called them ,to complain ,ask if they want to come in and see by self why we feel robbed -they try to sell me some demagogic answers without any sense .stay away .
