Dan Burke and Miguel were the very best at a time I was a bit desperate leaving town. Very kind, cordial, professional, efficient and educational. I will use Dan and Miguel every time and will refer out to everyone I can. As far as plumbers go, he/they are the best.Dan had a choice to go home at end of his work day (Saturday) or to come help me. He chose to work later. I can’t thank him enough.

Young fellow came in with an attitude and we have new cabinets just installed @nd made 3 inch large holes where he could reach making it impossible to use the size of the cabinet, then told me that was all he could do. Then the company had the Gaul to charge me $ 260.00

Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system! Service itself was fine and very quick but I was charged $279 to unclog a drain. It took less than an hour and I was told before hand but what was I going to do? Kick the guy out of my house when he was already there?EDIT: issue resolved via management

Bumble Bee Plumbing saved me thousands because of their quick, efficient, and courteous service. On January 1st I noticed my garage ceiling was dripping water because of a bad drain pipe upstairs in the tub and paint was starting to pool in the ceiling. Long story short, I reached out to Bumble Bee and they were able to get someone out the same day I called. From their telephone greeting to the speed at which they handled everything, I was left extremely satisfied. Mike, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient was able to confirm my preliminary diagnosis and got right to work. After fixing the issue and cleaning up (they had to cut into the ceiling dry wall) I was explained everything that they did and why they did it and even recommended a remediation/restoration company (which I am using). Awesome customer service!

Very professional in their service. Garbage disposal had a hair pin stuck so he removed that quickly. Also installed something that would great the water more quickly than running the water until it heated up thus using more water than necessary. I really appreciate the quick service. Thank you! Will recommend your company to my friends!
