My kitchen sink was backing up and after taking it apart i quickly realized it was not a simple clog. A family member recommended I call Tommy with George and sons. He came over the same day and even accommodated my somewhat odd work schedule. He cleared the line and i had my kitchen back in no time. I also appreciated that he cleaned up thoroughly when done. Professional, courteous, and efficient, Jeremy from Dignity Plumbing evaluated and replaced my mom's water heater (AKA the ticking bomb😬) in just a couple of hours. Due to her her just passing away, the garage was full of items. He was very considerate with my feelings, compassionate over the situation, and joked with me, making it all less stressful. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Great friendly service! Best pricing out of all the quotes we received. Responded quickly to my call, set an appointment, quote came that evening and work started a week later! They set up a new outdoor tankless water heater, combined the main house with the guest house, eliminating both a gas and electric water heater. Our attic is horrible and freshly filled with insulation, that didn’t scare them away or cause them to raise prices. We are super happy with the results, endless supplies of hot water whenever or which ever area of the house we need it! I would highly recommend to anyone that needs plumbing services.
