Chris was fantastic. The only of 4 plumbers we called who actually knew his stuff when it came to tankless water heaters.

We had been having an issue with our showers where we could only get scalding hot or cold water but nothing in between (sinks were working fine). However, we noticed that when we turned the hot water on in our sink and left it running, we could then adjust the temperature in our showers. We had 3 different plumbers come out and when we explained what was going on they couldn't quite figure out the issue. One tried to replace the shower cartridges but that didn't solve anything. The others said it was a problem with our tankless water heater but admitted they didn't know much about tankless heaters (neither do we since we had just recently bought our home which came with a tankless heater and we had never had one before). Our warranty company finally sent us Chris and he was able to diagnose the problem and told us how to fix it all over the phone. Basically we have one of the original tankless water heater models which don't do very well with single handle showers, which is what we have. He essentially just walked me through over the phone how to adjust everything on the water heater so that the temperature in our showers would be more comfortable. Even though this had worked, he still stopped by a little later at no charge to double check everything and taught me a bit about how tankless water heaters work so I could do some minor touchups myself if I needed to.

Roger replaced our old water heater and softener. He installed a high-end tankless system that looks and works great, and was priced fairly. He was punctual, professional, accommodating, and patient with all of my questions. I will not hesitate to use him for all of our plumbing needs going forward. I prefer to support small businesses where the person that picks up the phone is the owner/operator and that's what I got with Roger.

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. These guys are phenomenal. They replumbed our whole house at an affordable rate and didn't fight us on the camera Inspection. Others wanted to charge us extra just time do the inspection and give us a proper quote.

Lewis and Jason kept me updated the whole time and communicated changes and options as to what was most affordable and/or easier.

Blue eye plumbing became my go-to plumber today. James was great - came right away, listened to everything I had going on with my project, then took his time to examine things and make his suggestions.

He was thorough, and even read through the entire manual of the shower I’m installing to make sure the suggested measurements and hookups matched his plan and our needs. His price was extremely fair and the work hes done so far is exactly what I needed. Our older house has needed a lot of plumbing work the past few months, and I just wish I’d found Blue Eye Plumbing sooner.

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Worst driver ever

Two of their best plumbers came out and replaced our three toilets and two outdoor water bibs. Tommy and Bill were on time, efficient and highly skilled plumbers. I have used Before and After Plumbing Company for over ten years. I recommend this company to anyone in need of excellent plumbing work at home or a business. I was impressed with this plumbing company's commitment to cleanliness. After the repair, they left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Fair pricing and qualified plumbers round out the offering.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. They gave me an estimate on a installing a Toto toilet and removing a bidet and toilet. I'm sure it took more time than they thought but the bill was exactly what they said and the work product was excellent. They also installed a laundry room sink and did a great job. And they recommended an electrician and a dry wall guy who both did great work at a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend.

I am here at 945 and google says you open at 9.... Well you are closed. This is the second time my time has been wasted by this store. There are to many options for water and ice stores, so if you waste peoples time they wont come back. I'm going to find a new place for good
