Tim did a good job for the items we needed addressing, so no complaint there. What was really disappointing was an additional request I made while he was here already working under the kitchen sink. I have a new set of sink hardware that needs to be installed and I asked him if he could install while he was already under the sink. He said he could, but it would cost an additional $185. I would have been happy to comp 100% for a nominal amount for his time, but a full additional service charge when he was already performing work under the sink?? That's a gouge, and it's truly disappointing. Will definitely think twice before using 100% ever again.

I own a manufactured home and needed my hot water heater replaced. Jesse from Sav on plumbing came out and replaced the hot water heater with a larger model. Jesse did the job very quickly and professionally. It has been a year since Jesse replaced the hot water heater and all is well.

Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Caused me a major 2-month headache several weeks after Chad installed a water softener by inexplicably drilling a hole directly into the vent pipe in the attic and simply shoving the softener drain line tube into the hole, instead of properly locating the drain line, fastening it, and leaving an air gap. When a licensed plumber finally discovered where the water was coming from - the exposed water softener drain line sitting on the floor of the attic under the insulation - he found that the line had worked its way out of the hole over time, due to the back pressure of the softener recharge cycle. The entire cycle drained all over the attic, thru the insulation and into the hallway and kitchen area, causing over $17,000 in damage that my insurance company tried to claim from Rapid Rooter. Upon discovering that the Rapid Rooter ins. policy was insufficient to cover the claim, my insurance finally (thankfully) relented. I had to spend an additional $400 to get it done right and wound up losing my tenant due to frustration with the restoration. Chad's professional response when I brought up the issue and showed him the pics was don't tell me how to do my f'n job! and accused me of orchestrating an elaborate smear campaign when I left him a 1-star review. This all happened some time ago - this review is in response to an email today asking to review this individual and his business for a 24-hr review campaign on Google. Sorry, Chad, but the memories of that 2 months of contractor estimates, sheet rock repairs, a kitchen remodel, painting and mold certifications will last a lot longer.
As a side note for landlords, the AZ Registrar of Contractors was very interested in the recovery fund claim at first, but became instantly unresponsive when they found out it was a rental property. Apparently rentals aren't protected from poor workmanship claims in AZ. The ROC guy couldn't explain why this is but closed the case anyway. Terrible experience all the way around.
