I used them the Day before Christmas Eve when my toilet was leaking. They were prompt in getting to my residence after hours. The plumber was friendly but unnecessary work was done. Once they stated they identified the problem and corrected it, the toilet still started to overflow and clog up. I had to call another company to come in and fix the problem and all that had to be done was snaking through the outside drain. The inside work never needed to be done in the 1st place and they charged me over 1k to not even fix the problem. They refuse to give any of the money back when their plumber did not identify the problem correctly nor fixed the problem. I will be reporting them to ROC for the services that were provided.

This is a true gem of a company. We (read my husband) attempted a minor plumbing fix this past Saturday morning. Since you're reading this review, suffice it to say things didn't go so great. We called 100% Plumbing and had McKinley at our door about an hour later. He diagnosed our problem, presented us with our options, and patiently answered our questions. We will not hesitate to call upon 100% again for both our planned and unplanned plumbing needs.

Installed a mixer in a shower. Had a bathtub that was making noise in pipes when hot water turned on, repiped small portion and installed new faucets replacing cheap builders quality originals.

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.
I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.
Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.

Brandon the service technician was quite knowledgeable and provided useful advice around a couple of projects we discussed. However, he missed noticing a huge outdoor gas fire feature that I was unaware of, the presence of which completely changes our scope of the project, and I had to pay someone else $175 to point it out to me. We have several upcoming projects for Brandon and, if those are expertly handled, this review will easily become 5 stars.

Recently had problems with our plumbing and I can say this company is the best! Right away knew what the problem was and got right to it . The worker was super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend and will be calling them from now on if I have any problems !

Never showed up. Waited the 4 hour time frame they were scheduled then called. They said they were behind and wanted to reschedule. When I told them my days off he started to act like he couldn't here me and then hung up. They would not answer when I called back.

Knowledgeable plumber. Had an issue with pipe that connects to flush tank. Pipe was replaced with better quality pipe . Did good job and completed the task quickly .
