Best Water Heater System in Glendale AZ

This Company is great! Customer Service is awesome, and my techs Mike P and Cody were super friendly and were great! They didn’t bait me into buy anything I didn’t need, fixed my leaky faucet, and answered ALL my questions. They were just awesome. I was given great advice for house maintenance and upkeep, and am looking forward to working with this Company for future upgrades to my house!

I manage a mechanical service company in Arizona. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners of Robins while working together at a condominium site. After meeting and talking with him about the issues they were having, I was very impressed with his knowledge, common sense, and attitude. I deal with a lot of plumbers in my line of work and this company is one of the best companies I have come across in my 17 years of experience . I still have his bushiness cards in my truck and hand them out to any of my customers that need plumbing work.

After having a rough expensive experience with Rotor Rooter, I decided to get a second quote and I am glad I did. Going with 100% plumbing was such a difference, I felt like they were more experienced and they have lower prices with all the same warranties. Tim Castillo was our tech and because of him I will recommend anybody I know that has a plumbing repair to 100% plumbing . So I was trying to fix a broken pipe myself because I’m pretty handy. I then pulled something you’re not supposed to pull on, and boom... water everywhere.

I called four places. The first couldn’t tell me the cost of emergency services. The second and third didn’t answer or call me back. Here, a friendly lady answered and told me someone would call me in 5 to 10 minutes. Anthony called in that time frame and gave me an ETA. His ETA was accurate, and I got 2 messages - one when he was 30 minutes out, and another when he was 8 minutes out. As a project manager, I’m a sucker for communication. He was kind, polite, respectful, honest, and he went above and beyond when he showed me what to do and gave me tips for the next time I decide I’m Wonder Woman and try and fix a broken pipe on my own. I do know that when I inevitably end up breaking something in my efforts, I’ll call these guys, and you should too!

Setting up here ,getting ready to open my new shop. And what do you know the plumbing is in disrepair. So I call on Sun City Action Plumbers to check out the problem. They tell me everything that needs to be done now and what could wait for a while. Very honest and I appreciate that as a business owner myself.

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. I own a manufactured home and needed my hot water heater replaced. Jesse from Sav on plumbing came out and replaced the hot water heater with a larger model. Jesse did the job very quickly and professionally. It has been a year since Jesse replaced the hot water heater and all is well.

These guys were responsive and were able to show up same day. Price was reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding

Never showed up. Waited the 4 hour time frame they were scheduled then called. They said they were behind and wanted to reschedule. When I told them my days off he started to act like he couldn't here me and then hung up. They would not answer when I called back.
