He did an excellent, efficient installation of the pressure gauge for my house. He even reattached the hose for me when he was finished which is a little detail that I appreciate. Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! I called Christian Brothers to check on my ac unit. They diagnosed the problem was just chip replacement and charged me $330. And not only that if I want to replace my thermostat their lowest price was $660. I had a business with them few years back and I hope it’s worth it. Name of the company is attractive though. I’m editing my review about 6 months later that I have the same problem again. My ac stopped working after this company replaced the chip on the attic.

We had an emergency situation and Mr. Phay arrived within minutes. He was very professional and helpful. He finished the job quickly, too. He even offered to give advice if we wanted to do a job ourselves and we had questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Chris was very professional and his diagnostic was quick. However, I felt like he was trying to sell me a new toilet when I did not need one (Chris advised me that it was most likely the line). The quote was for over $750 for a new toilet/labor and parts. However, I went with my gut instinct and replaced the $5 line myself. It was definitely the line because my toilet works like new again.

I am just frustrated with a lot of companies and contractors because I feel like they are trying to get one past you if they can. I understand that everyone needs to make a living, but true customer service is providing honest advice and then trying to minimize unnecessary cost to the customer. I felt like I was at a car dealership.

I'm sure Robin's is a great company based on all of the excellent reviews. However, it would have been nice if he would have offered to conduct some trial and error before trying to make a quick sale on me. Had he even offered something like that, I would have recommended this company to all of my friends, family and co-workers. Other than the perception of Robin's trying to get a quick, unnecessary sale out of me, i would say they were very professional.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
