I really shy away from companies who don’t clean up after themselves. I’m someone who is pretty vocal and so when I say that Peoria Water Heaters are professional and incredibly neat and tidy while carrying out a job, believe me! You won’t be disappointed!

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. I had a toilet clog and I called up rooter relief to see if they could help. They were super responsive and came out about an hour later to check out the problem. They were super nice and fixed my toilet quickly the same day! Would definitely use again and recommend

Ry did an excellent job for us with a kitchen sink drain blockage that we unsuccessfully tried to fix ourselves for the better half of a day, and answered my many questions along the way. Super professional clean guy that knows what he's doing. Highly recommend and will certainly use again!

My mainline got clogged and sewage started backing up on a Saturday evening. When I called ER plumbing, they answered right away and sent someone out within 45 minutes. When Roland got here, he was kind, friendly, and got right to work. He was able to get the mainline cleared and we were back to being able to use our toilets and showers in no time. I highly recommend ER plumbing!

Way over priced, but the service is worth it - one word for that: Excellent. Our A/C man, Mr. Russell, was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and even engaged in some good chat. Communication was top notch! Christina went above and beyond with scheduling me quickly and with calling me before and after the appointment to make sure I was in the loop as I was out of town when our emergency happened— our college aged son was home etc. Christina had double duty of calling him to clarify his class schedule and keeping me up to date. She was gracious and kind.

The technician, Nate, was thorough and had the issue fixed promptly. He communicated with our son during the appointment and educated him as well (He had attempted to fix the issue on his own) Our son paid at the house with a cc and I was immediately sent a detailed invoice to my email. The entire process was one of the smoothest and most professional service experiences we’ve had in a very long time.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.
