Best Tankless Heaters in Glendale AZ

Wow! Late in the evening on a Saturday night in the summer, I went into my kitchen and found water pouring onto the stone floor. I immediately call Robins Plumbing, Ryan came and did a great job.. I was so greatful!He was gone within the hour.Jeremy and Josh did a great job. Jeremy took the call which was for a recall on a job which was originally an emergency last summer. There was a small issue with the putt which was used . Josh called ahead and was here promptly at 10:00. The repair looks fabulous and my sink is pretty once more. While here he also, luckily had a new handle for one of our toilets and replaced it quickly. We are repeat customers so I am happy to highly recommend Robins Plumbing to friends and clients of mine. I am a real estate broker with Realty Executives.

They are a trustworthy company who genuinely look like they love what they do! The team sent by them completely transformed the interiors of our Summer Springs home. This says a lot about their passion for the industry and their client’s wants.

Jason was on time and was able to fix my plumbing problem immediately . I wish there was more contractors like him! If you have the chance, definitely use this company!

They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.
I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.
Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.

We initially contacted Plumbing Masters last year for major plumbing work & a new gas water heater. We were very impressed by the phenomenal work that everyone did at that time.Currently, when our water didn't seem to heat properly, we didn't hesitate to contact them again. Ben came out & was quickly able to diagnose & fix the issue. We greatly appreciated that he offered a complementary check for all fixtures & fittings throughout the house. We asked about our garbage disposal as it's been in dire need of replacement for some time. We fully expected to schedule that for another visit, however, Ben was able to replace that as well, going above & beyond by answering all of our questions & providing exceptional service. Both Ben & his partner Josh are very professional, courteous & so darn personable! We highly recommend Plumbing Masters & will continue to use their services for any future needs.

PVP installed a new water heater 26 months ago for $450, plus $50 additional for a warranty (Standard warranty install, includes pull water heater without recirc, install new warranty heater, labor misc materials including new supplies and ball valve and warranty return and paperwork, does not include upgrade fee or warranty fees charged by supply houses. Does not include replacing supplies pan, gas piping etc.). Today I discovered that the water heater was leaking. PVP sent a serviceman who informed me that although the water heater was covered by a warranty, it would cost me $475 labor to have it replaced. I consider that a breach of warranty. Buyer beware dealing with PVP. PVP does not evince the honesty and integrity that I one would expect.

David did a great job regulating shower temperature and replacing the shower drain. Very timely, friendly and left things tidy. Highly recommend!!!

When I call around to other plumbers in the Glendale area, they all tell me they are not familiar with the repair I need. But when I called Deer Valley Plumbing and explained my issue, they were able to solve my problem and save me money in the process. They're also honest & fair on their prices, which is a rarity!

Awesome service at a fair price. Chris knows what he is doing. I needed a ball valve added, liked the work so I had him replace my softener and RO as well.

Justin is professional, friendly, explains the problem and what needs to be fixed. He leaves the place clean.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
