Service provided was efficient and timely - the only negative was when I asked the technician when he was on his way what the charge would be, he told me 79.95 but when he arrived he said the charge would be 79.95 plus $260,00. We had an emergency so I would have still used them, just left a sour taste in my mouth to not have been given an honest answer to my question when first asked.

I would definitely recommend Jorge Prieto-Moran! He arrived about 30 minutes after I called and cleaned our kitchen drain out in no time at all. He was courteous, clean (brought a drop cloth to contain any mess), and professional. I was also able to use their $20 coupon, which was a pleasant surprise as well.
