During a Saturday I had a fatigue cracking issue in a high pressure water pipeline in my backyard, the one connected to the hose, it was necessary to open a hole in the house wall to do the repair. We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. I phoned SavonPlumbing @ 630 they sent Jesse G in a couple hours. Jesse was early for the appointment. He took care of my leak put a few new fixtures on and took care of my needs.

Mike, supervisor from Plumbing Masters, answered all my questions and was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. He was very professional and thorough. I appreciate his consideration in trying to save me from paying for an unnecessary service call. When we decide to do our bigger plumbing project we will definitely call Mike again.

Mike was thorough, respectful and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision on how to proceed. Once we decided, he proceeded to do the work without delay, cleaning up after himself and completing the job quickly. We are very pleased with the company and Mike’s service.

Roughed in & stubbed out plumbing to new fixtures in master bathroom.

I was so worried my leak could not be found. My pool is massive and I have this amazing spa that flows into it from high above. I called Alex and he gave me set prices for each thing: pool, spa, equipment - he didn't ask me my zip code, or how big my pool was (to charge me more - like the other place did). No willy nilly numbers, he gave me firm, reasonable numbers (Im scottish so I appreciate that a lot) His prices were also about half what the leak company my pool-man company told me to use- and they required this huge process of basically an interview, an email - that never came- and signing a document, and then that other outfit was like 4 weeks out.)
So when I found Leak Hunters it was a no brainer. Alex was professional, could fit me in within 1 week, on-time, capable, personable, and most important, he found the leak and recommended two outfits to repair the leak. He also let me pay with chase quickpay - which I love. The spa was still leaking a little after the repair guys, and Alex came back out to re-test for leaks, at no additional fee (he has a 30 day warranty!) Low and behold, the leak was not all the way sealed, and he showed me where the die got sucked into the leak. Gotta have the repair guys back out. But 100% to Alex at Leak Hunters for detecting pool and spa leaks!!!

Shane came out and did a great job at a very affordable price. It's tough to trust plumbing companies and what they charge, but Shane is upfront and will only quote what you need. Highly recommend him.

Gail and the crew had a high level of experience and would have saved me a lot more money if I had called them first. I had work done by another company first. But they failed to fix the problem, AZ leak detection came to the rescue. Always call them first before you have anything done on your pool period.

These guys are the best - I have used them for a few years now and I have never met plumbers that were as wonderful and as professional and experienced as they are. We had not had Jeremy before as a technician but he was just as amazing as Estevan. Highly recommend! Love that they provide a written estimate BEFORE beginning work and then they do the job and you pay what they estimated without any surprises. Love that they send a picture of the tech and text/email notifications when on the way. The work they do is stellar. They clean up everything and are very considerate while in your home. Can't say enough good things about this company.
