I had a issues with my hot water heater having a reduced flow to the house. Nathan came out and was a learning to get it fixed super quick. He called before hand and was on time. He gave several solutions for the future. On time and professional.

Called them right away when I noticed water leaking from my water heater. Talked to Rebecca and the owner Mont. Mike was here in like 15 to 20 minutes. Talk about fast service! Switched out the damaged unit with a new one. Got the work done so quickly. Went over everything with me. Mike also did a free inspection of all the plumbing in my house and offered some suggestions. Great experience with Armstrong Plumbing. After finding a leak in our yard, we called another company and were unhappy with our experience. We called Armstrong, after reading their reviews, to get another quote He was quick to repond and came out to check as soon as he could. Roger seemed very experienced and knew what needed done right away. Plumbing issues, especially outside pipes, aren't fun, but Roger made the experience easy and not stressful. We will definitely use him again.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.
