They were very professional and courteous. Did a great job fixing our faucet leak and was also able to help with water heater maintenance that was overdue. Presented me some options for other work they recommended and I didn't face high pressure sales when I declined the additional work at that time. The next time I need work done from Bumble Bee Plumbing, I would ask for Jesus again.

Chris was fantastic. The only of 4 plumbers we called who actually knew his stuff when it came to tankless water heaters.

We had been having an issue with our showers where we could only get scalding hot or cold water but nothing in between (sinks were working fine). However, we noticed that when we turned the hot water on in our sink and left it running, we could then adjust the temperature in our showers. We had 3 different plumbers come out and when we explained what was going on they couldn't quite figure out the issue. One tried to replace the shower cartridges but that didn't solve anything. The others said it was a problem with our tankless water heater but admitted they didn't know much about tankless heaters (neither do we since we had just recently bought our home which came with a tankless heater and we had never had one before). Our warranty company finally sent us Chris and he was able to diagnose the problem and told us how to fix it all over the phone. Basically we have one of the original tankless water heater models which don't do very well with single handle showers, which is what we have. He essentially just walked me through over the phone how to adjust everything on the water heater so that the temperature in our showers would be more comfortable. Even though this had worked, he still stopped by a little later at no charge to double check everything and taught me a bit about how tankless water heaters work so I could do some minor touchups myself if I needed to.

What a pleasure to use AZ Family Plumbing! As a first time home owner I have had to deal with quite a few mediocre company's, but AZ Family Plumbing couldn't be further away on that spectrum! Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system! I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Bumble Bee has serviced and repaired multiple items for me and each time they have provided excellent service. Had to have a water heater replaced and David was top notch in his service and explanations. Highly recommend their services.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.
