I found Bumble Bee Plumbing via Home advisor. They called me immediately and told me they would let me know when a service person was on the way. By 9 am I had an email with a picture and work experience for Jim and told me he would be at my house in 20 minuets. Jim was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He gave us excellent advice and referred a water mitigation specialist to us after he located our water leak and repaired the initial problem. I am so happy with the service and repair that I can’t say enough good things about it. After Jim left Craig from Bumble Bee, called to follow up and made this whole experience even better. Customer satisfaction all the way. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Chris came to help us with our water softener. He was very above board. We then asked him if he could help us update the shower/tub hardware. He was great to help us find the proper replacement, was able to come within a couple of days and showed up early. We really appreciate how solid he was and will definitely use him again.

Our kitchen sink was not draining and we were looking for a family owned plumber to help us out. Sav-On Plumbing was at our house within 2 hours! Their technician, Jesse, took one look under our sink and saw that the contractor who had recently installed a new sink and disposal had done it improperly. He immediately went to work replumbing the sink drain and cleaning the backed up drain line. Sav-On plumbing answered our call on the first ring, were polite and responsive to all our needs. We got the real sense that they take pride in their company and their work. They are professional in all phases of what they do with reasonable pricing. We highly recommend them for any plumbing work. Could not have been more satisfied.

They had the right price to sort out the leak in my heater so I went with them out of desperation. Let me tell you, they are THE BEST!!!!

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

I had a toilet clog and I called up rooter relief to see if they could help. They were super responsive and came out about an hour later to check out the problem. They were super nice and fixed my toilet quickly the same day! Would definitely use again and recommend

Adam worked hard on this project and cleaned up the front yard very well.A good job was done on replacing my pipes.The only thing that was a challenge for me is it took 10 weeks for the final inspection.But everything turned out okay

We were thrilled with the service. We thought they didn't get a permit which we paid for but we were wrong. I contacted the city and they said they had paid for it and they are coming out today to inspect the . They forgot to reattach our 24 volt interruptible service but are coming back tomorrow to reconnect it. I have been happy with Barry since he called back and settled Apparently I did not get a hold of the right service department. I was trying him directly and he had a death in the family. So I apologize for any negative comments previously mentioned.
