Setting up here ,getting ready to open my new shop. And what do you know the plumbing is in disrepair. So I call on Sun City Action Plumbers to check out the problem. They tell me everything that needs to be done now and what could wait for a while. Very honest and I appreciate that as a business owner myself.

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

We called this company in early March for a quote, they were unable to come until March 22nd and then unable to do the repair they diagnosed for another few weeks. They charged us $650 for the repair that took less then an hour and within hours the hot tub was empty again. When I sent a pic of the empty hot tub, I was told they were busy and would be unable to come back out to look at it until April 6th. So, we are almost $1000 and a month in with a non working hot tub and they can't come back over two weeks? On 4/9/19 we get two quotes, one for a quick fix - $800-$1250 and another for a proper fix for $1450-$1850, this included fixing our cool deck, even though we don't have cool deck. They said they do this fix on 5/15/19, so almost two months from our original call. Spring came and went as did our guest, with an empty hot tub, now baking in the son. I asked if we could be given credit for the money we had already paid and was told no. Long story short, we called someone else and the accurately located and fixed the leak within a few days for a fraction of the cost. I rarely write reviews, but if I charged a client for a job and didn't do it correctly, I would refund them their money and fix it immediately. We wasted $950 and months with this company.

I needed some General Plumbing Repair, my faucet in the restroom was leaking lots of water. I google plumbing repair on the phone and called the top 3, left voicemails. Peoria Plumbing Pros called me back right away and they sent someone over within an hour. The Plumber that came by my house was very courteous and professional. He fixed my faucet fairly quick and the price was reasonable too. Highly Recommended, I would use them again.

Rob and his team have taken care of numerous issues in our houses. We have had issues from old toilets to old plumbing leaks, rusted fixtures replaced and new water softener system installed. Rob had to go through walls to repair and old rusted out bathroom shower plumbing. He repaired the plumbing and returned the wall to its original look. What can I say about this amazing place! I had a gas line punctured on 9/1 when our trees were being planted. The gas was turned off and I called this place in a panicked frenzy! The woman on the phone (I don’t remember her name) was so calm and walked me through everything. She then had Steven, the supervisor, come on the phone and help me with my panic to make sure all was good for the night. They immediately threw me on the schedule for 9/2. They put up with my anxiety calling the next morning, sorry about that. They had Ozzie who came to my home, he was AMAZING! So professional and just a happy gentleman all around. He explained everything in detail, was upfront about the pricing, got my gas turned on for the house so I could have a working stove and hot water. Will be back out tomorrow 9/3 to repair the line that runs to the yard equipment.

The patience and professionalism, I can’t speak enough of. I am an anxious person who does not handle stress well sometimes and this company was amazing. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them for any plumbing or gas needs.

When Wayne ran his business up here in the White Mountains, we quickly learned that he was the only plumber to use! This morning we had a problem that we knew there was a leak happening because our pressure pump wouldn't stop running, but we had no idea where. I called Wayne and he trouble-shooted with me by facetime for about 45 minutes until the problem was discovered. He knows all the right questions to ask to know exactly what is going on and where! I WOULD RECOMMEND WAYNE EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK AND TWICE ON SUNDAYS!!

Donny was professional and responded to our call very quickly. We needed a water valve replaced due to an issue caused by hardness. He walked us through all the water fixtures in our house to show us potential issues related to hardness as well. He also did a water pressure and hardness test after work was completed. He was very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his work.

Brian was GREAT!! On time, professional, did an awesome job on the repair, cleaned everything up, and gave us great recommendations of shower replacement options. Can't say enough good things about him and Sound Plumbing - we will definitely call them for all our plumbing needs from now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
