What a pleasure to use AZ Family Plumbing! As a first time home owner I have had to deal with quite a few mediocre company's, but AZ Family Plumbing couldn't be further away on that spectrum! Jason was on time, super friendly, explained the repairs, and went above and beyond checking my back flow valve for my water system! I can not recommend Jason and this company enough, Thank you for saving the day!

We were scheduled for Monday between 1-6. I was called around 4:30 pm to advise their truck broke down and they would have to cancel us and reset for Tuesday between 10-2 and someone would call 40 minutes ahead of time. When no call came, I called and was told they were still on jobs and hoping someone would get to my house in an hour and a half. I cancelled as I had no confidence that someone would arrive.

Price as advertised. $49 for drain cleaning service. I got a nice discount to take care of our three showers at once. On time. Bobby and his technician came prepared and took good care of our house. Would recommend them and have them service us again.

Who is professional pool light and did the job, but the company should’ve let people do payment plans if the price is good be over $100 . Some people don’t have $270 To give up front.

Joe came out and immediately found my problem with my pool leak. Very helpful and honest. Mike came and sealed my pop ups, very helpful in explaining what was being done. Melinda was my first point of contact and I called about 6 other companies. Melinda took the time to listen to my concerns and she made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend their services.

Kevin the tech was awesome. He was on time and very very nice and helpful. I have used this business the last few times and I am 100% satisfied with 100% plumbing as the name fits.
