We recently bought a home and needed several plumbing items worked on as we moved in. 100% Plumbing was easy to contact and work with. They were patient as we asked questions, throughly explained repairs, and discussed the costs and next steps throughout the entire process. We even had a couple items that came up unexpectedly as they were repairing other items and they were flexible in accommodating those while also handling the initial repairs. What a nice honest person and super friendly plumber and does nice work. We met Chris in the plumbing aisle at Home Depot as our original plumber failed us and he followed me and fixed our toilet. We liked his work and had him install our new kitchen faucet, and will have him come out and do future plumbing jobs.

He promised to schedule me an appt the next a.m. and he was true to his word. He promised to give me a call 15 mins before arriving and he did.
