We are so happy with our experience with Bumblebee Plumbing! After years of using the same plumber who finally sold his business, we were nervous to try a new company. Bumblebee exceeded our expectations. We’ve used them now for our rental property as well as our own home and have been very happy with the results. Scheduling is easy, plumbers are skilled, and all of the staff we’ve interacted with have been pleasant, professional, and helpful. Most recently, Bill and Jesus helped us fix a situation that another plumber (from a different company) started, who didn’t listen to what we wanted. These guys listened, made recommendations, and got everything the way we wanted. I would definitely recommend Bumblebee Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. I was very disappointed with the service plumbing masters provided. In June of 2021 I had my water heater replaced by them through my warranty. This week the water was not coming out hot so I called them to send a technician out to look at it. Technician Trevor Wanket came out to my residence and said it was a heating element that had gone out. I asked him what was the warranty going to cover and he proceeded to tell me there was no warranty service on my water heater. I informed him that I did have warranty and he stated to me that I didn’t. He then was going to replace the element without quoting me a price at which point I stopped him and asked for a price quote. He told me it would be $500 to replace. I informed him not to do it and he became upset. I contacted a manager and she told me the same thing and did nothing to resolve the issue , she started that she would speak with her manager and contact me back to see what they could do for me which she did not get back to me. I contacted the manufacturer and they informed me that my water heater was still under warranty and shipped me the part without any issues. Bottom line beware of this company’s operating standards especially if you are a female. Very unprofessional technician and I will not do business with them in the future.

Don Jones Plumbing has been a great company to work with over the past 2 years that I have called them out on many jobs for our company and at my own personal property and they have always been professional , courteous , very efficient and work in a timely manner and reasonably priced for their experience ! Hired Ronald for replacing all the toilets in the house I bought recently. He was able to do the job on the short notice since I needed to get the job done before moving into the house and they made sure to get me on the schedule asap. He showed up on time and was very thorough in his work . He took his time to make sure the job was done correctly. So far happy with the service , will hire them again 👍

Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Highly recommended and their scheduler/tech were absolutely professional and wonderful too!!

David and Cody came out quickly and helped me with the best options for me. They looked at my sink and were able to determine the best work that would fix the problem. They were both sociable and nice. Definitely reccommend them and Bumble Bee Plumbing

They are 10x more expensive. I requested a quote from Robins Plumbing for over $13,500. Another company completed the work to my satisfaction for < $1300.
