My toilet wasn’t working this week and was flooding the bathroom every time I turned on the water. Lupe came out and not only repaired the toilet for me, but showed me how to fix future small issues by myself! Professional and helpful, definitely recommend!

Ben was fantastic- just as good as Damon was last time! This business has consistently gone above and beyond to serve us and our plumbing needs. My partner and I run a dog sitting business so there is often times a lot of coordination to be done with regard to isolating dogs, and excusing noise when folks come to the house. Every provider has been kind, understanding, patient, and personable. They explain everything in a down to earth and easy to understand way and even offer support for how to avoid the same clogging challenges in the future. Can't speak more highly of them!

Mike was on time, removed old toilets and installed new ones, checked and ordered shower stem valves. Old toilets were hauled off. Mike has always done excellent work, has excellent communication skills, is prompt and and is reliable. Thanks Mike!

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. Who doesn't finish the work that was paid for? This company. I am now having more problems than I had before they did the work and they refuse to schedule and come back. It's been 2 weeks and I am still getting the run around.

We use Don Jones Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs on our rental properties and personal home. Don is very communicative by phone and text and always get to our service orders quickly. We've never once had any issues with their work which is also why we've been using them for years and will continue to in the future. Highly recommend!

Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Highly recommended and their scheduler/tech were absolutely professional and wonderful too!!

Just moved into my new house. The washing machine I used only once flooded. It was draining very slowly. He was very nice and kind. If I were you I would request Dan Burke. he was awesome. I also signed up for bumble bee plumbing yearly membership. Dan suggested I do it’s only $10 a month and it saved me 50 bucks. I’m a single mom with three little girls and every penny saved makes a difference to me. Dan was very kind he had to go Pick up his camera went above and beyond to serve our needs. Your plumbiing technician did an outstanding job. Our kitchen sink drain works as good as new. He also checked the outside drain, even though he didn't have to. He did a very thorough job ensuring no future problems.
