They came out the same day we called. Eddie was very nice, professional, and he didn't leave us a mess to clean up. He explained wgat was wrong, what needed to be done, and did what was agreed on. He gave us other suggestions for us to look at in the future.

Michael came in to tell me he nicked our irrigation line while completing repair on a valve and would consequently repair it for free. That shows integrity! Most companies would have just moved on without saying anything. I’m very impressed with their honesty and the worked they did was top notch.

We use Don Jones Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs on our rental properties and personal home. Don is very communicative by phone and text and always get to our service orders quickly. We've never once had any issues with their work which is also why we've been using them for years and will continue to in the future. Highly recommend!

We called this company to repair our toilet that would constantly flush on its own. An hour and $350 in repairs later, the problem was still there. So we called them back and asked to come install a new toilet (which we bought on our own) the next day. They took about an hour and charged $380. While installing, the technician mistakenly pulled down our shower curtain (next to the toilet) and broke it beyond repair. When we talked to their customer service to get reimbursed for our new $40 curtain rod, the customer service agent basically told my husband the tension rod fell down on its own and that payment seems unlikely (even after the employee reported the incident). $770 plus the cost of the new toilet later, I am thankful the job is done but will never use this company again due to terrible customer service and outrageous pricing.

Very happy with the service. Roland was very personable and professional. We had a few other plumbing companies come out to try and survey our situation and they either couldn’t figure out what was needed to solve the issue or gave us outrageous quotes. Roland was very knowledgeable, honest, and fast. He gave us a fair quote and was able to come out and get the problem fixed within a few hours. Havn’t experienced any more issues since. If you need a good plumber, I highly recommend giving him a call

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

When Bradley showed up at the house his uniform was nice and crisp and his appearance clean cut. He looked very professional. He wanted to know exactly what i wanted done instead of just jumping in and assessing the the job himself without my input. He kept the work area clean and was very respectful with the plants and flowers around the area. After job completion I followed up on his work and the soldered joints were very neat. Bradley was very courteous throughout the experience. I would recommend Bradley every time for future plumbing problems.
