Best Kitchen Plumbing Repair in Glendale AZ

WARNING…WARNING…WARNING!! Do not hire this company at any cost. I hired them to install a water heater on February 18, 2022. I am not familiar with service companies in the valley, so looked on Yelp, Bumble Bee had good reviews and could come out quickly. Installation Tech had professional appearance and seemed to know his business. I was quoted a price of $2,095.00, which I thought was a little high, but he was there and could install immediately. When he plugged in, all power went out, nothing could be done to restore power or reset master. I had to call an electrician, the plumber had hot-wired the water heater and blew my main electrical panel. Creating an additional expense of $1917.00. Which, in my opinion, plumber responsible for repair cost. Bumble Bee was not willing to take responsibility or accountability, since he said system was probably old and would have gone out eventually anyway. Michael Krpata, Bumble Bee Owner, then bullied the electrician into giving me a partial credit, still not taking responsibility. I do not understand why electrician responsible for Bumble Bee’s mistake. Mr. Krpata said he needed to do further research, so I gave him a week and when nothing was resolved, I disputed the remainder of electrician’s bill with credit card company. March 1st Bumble Bee agreed to credit my account for the remainder of electrician’s bill, but according to him, I would need to cancel dispute. In good faith, I canceled the dispute and case was closed March 4th. Here it is, March 21st and still no refund, while he continues to finger point and make excuses. He said “it's on my “to-do” list”, which told me he’ll do it when he gets around to it, interpreted as “I have no intention of giving you a refund”. During phone call, I made the statement, “I do not appreciate smoke blown up my ass”, he hung up on me and called my son and told him I had called and cursed at him!!! Not a curse word, guess plumbers have very delicate and sensitive ears! I’m a redheaded Texan, if I cursed him out, he would have known it, I have a repertoire I could lay on him! He is what gives the plumbing industry a bad reputation, and that’s a shame, because I know there are reputable plumbers out there. I notified him last week if credit not in my account by end of week, I would reinstate dispute plus interest and start publishing my reviews on all service provider locater websites, contact Plumber’s Union and BBB…here we are! He says everyone has lived up to their commitment except me! What? Then he wanted me to sign an agreement to receive credit, document full of inaccuracies and the word settlement not even spelled right. It is hysterical, that he would think I would even consider signing something for him!! He would twist that around, like he has everything else.In summary, plumber wired unit wrong blowing main electrical panel creating an additional expense. I have documentation to back up all statements and photos of all faulty work completed, but Bumble Bee has not and will not take responsibility. Bumble Bee and owner have proven to be very untrustworthy.

Robins Plumbing (West side Brian) was awesome. He was fast and neat, and customer service was the best. I would refer him and the company out to anyone who asks!!!

I found Champion thru a Hone Advisor referral service and I’m so glad I hired them! I’ve been having stoppages in my kitchen sink for over a month. After getting a quote from the company I’d been dealing with (Sunny Plumbing) of $900, I decided to shop around. The plumber that came out today did a hydro-jetting down the kitchen line to clear the blockage. He was very professional, courteous, and best of all did NOT try to sell on additional services.

I would use Champion again in a heartbeat!

We use Don Jones Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs on our rental properties and personal home. Don is very communicative by phone and text and always get to our service orders quickly. We've never once had any issues with their work which is also why we've been using them for years and will continue to in the future. Highly recommend!

I was driving to work this morning and i was cut off by some dude in a truck.. had to slam on my breaks.. license plate number was “cj-62007”.. maybe you guys should check driving records before letting an employee drive around in your work vehicles..

Awesome service at a fair price. Chris knows what he is doing. I needed a ball valve added, liked the work so I had him replace my softener and RO as well.

Ken and Joel were VERY knowledgeable and friendly. I placed a call to the company at 6pm and they were able to send someone out at noon the following day. I think that was a good turn around time since my issue was not emergent. However, I was charged $206 for a 30 minute visit just to flip the breaker on my hot water heater. Granted, they did diagnostic testing which yielded no issues. $206 to flip the breaker and 30 min visit seems really expensive in my honest opinion.UPDATE: Minutes after my review, I received a very courteous phone call from the owner, Michael. He listened to my frustration concerning the sticker shock at the end of the visit. He adjusted the price to a very fair one. He was extremely kind and promised to get a check in the mail for the difference. This is great customer service rarely seen with businesses today. Thank you Michael and Bumblebee plumbing! You have my service in the future.

5-Star Titanium rating on my experience with Christian Brothers Plumbing! Excellent service, communications, punctuality, knowledge and technical experience. I called for an R/O filter change and Lee was here at the appointed time (less than an hour after my call). Not only did Lee change all my R/O filters, he easily talked me into a Halo Water Conditioning System...something I'd been aware of and considering purchasing for several years. Lee was conscientious about the interior of my home (used the foot coverings and the Red Carpet) congenial, efficient and totally enjoyable. This was a major purchase for me and a costly one, but also a necessary one...did I mention I received a 10% Senior discount on the R/O service? I would most assuredly call CBP&AC in the future and refer friends and neighbors to them. Very positive experience!Several days later, I called and asked for a pH test...again, Lee was here within 15 minutes, performed the test and was back on the street in another 10 minutes...no charge!!! If you're OK with waiting a while for your service, having debris tracked through your house, dealing with incommunicative, maybe surly technicians, paying a fee for the house-call and the possibility that the job was performed incorrectly, in order to save a few dollars...sure, go ahead...call the least expensive guys you can find. I've done the research and this company is, far and away, the best all-round experience I've ever had with a residential contractor.

Josh was a very professional and friendly service tech. He changed leaking shower with new faucets and looks great!! Cleaned the entire bathroom with a smile. I would highly recommend him and Robin's Plumbing!!!
