LIFESAVERS!! We had our main line clog, of course at 3pm on Saturday. Called Robins Plumbing and they saved the day! They did ALL.THE.THINGS.RIGHT!! They answered the phone, they had someone (Ben, can’t say enough good things about Ben), here within the hour, although it was the weekend and getting close to the end of the day, they didn’t charge emergency service fee when they definitely could have, they send you an email with the technicians photo, let you know what their vehicle looks like and what the uniform looks like. They quote you the price over the phone, and it was actually that price.Ben was courteous, professional, explained what he was doing and checked to make sure everything was working correct THREE times before he left. Amazing service!???? and will use them again. HIGHLY recommend.

Observing Tom at work was like watching a virtuoso play a concert! We enjoyed a demonstration of excellent skills being employed by an expert that loves what he does! We are not wealthy people; but we felt fortunate to see such work for the price of the Sav-On ticket! Would recommend them to everyone!!!

We had an outside pipe, possibly on the verge of a full blown burst, but Jason came by today, and found the problem, before it turned into a plumbing disaster! He was prompt, honest, and professional! In less than an hour, he took care of our plumbing problem, and we can’t thank him enough. James went above and beyond. I tried installing bidet seat myself, and caused a leak. James had a full schedule, and couldn't make it until next Tuesday. I was in panic mode. I broke my mothers toilet. I asked if he could please come today. It is very hard for my 83 year old mother to go upstairs everytime she has to use the bathroom. He said sure, and came over as planned. What a nice and caring person. James is very efficient, professional, personable and reasonably priced. No cross-sell or upselling. I give James 10 stars

Trevor was phenomenal in assessing where the leak was coming from. In this case he had to cut through a pantry wall and garage wall to make sure where the leak was coming from. It was leaking from a worn out toilet wax ring, which he replaced. The cost was more than I expected but he provided the intangibles, such as his knowledge and getting a restoration company to come right over to get a claim going with my insurance company for the damages. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

It was Mother’s Day Weekend when we discovered our sink/garbage disposal was leaking. We called the Trusted Plumber and they were able to get someone out the next day, which we were happy with since it wasn’t an emergency. The plumber had an idea what was wrong before he even showed up. He was timely and professional the whole time he replaced our garbage disposal. The price was reasonable and service was great. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

We had an emergency situation and Mr. Phay arrived within minutes. He was very professional and helpful. He finished the job quickly, too. He even offered to give advice if we wanted to do a job ourselves and we had questions. 10/10 would recommend.

The Gentleman which arrived was Chris. I spoke to Jan when I called who was pleasant to speak with. She managed to arrange for Chris to be at my home within 2 hours. Chris was courteous and very interested in solving the problem. He explained all he would do very well and made me aware of the price. He was done in an hour, showed me what was seen on the camera and explained what I could do to help keep it from happening in the future. His service was remarkable. Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.
