Jim and Lupe were the techs who came out to my property to give a second opinion for a sewer line issue I am having. They were awesome! They were very nice and professional and thoroughly detailed the type of work that needs to be done in order to fix the issue.

Jason was on time and was able to fix my plumbing problem immediately . I wish there was more contractors like him! If you have the chance, definitely use this company!

We had Bumble Bee perform some services for us a few months ago and also purchased some new equipment. We called them back out again to repair two other items this week and Lupe was our technician. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very interested in our satisfaction while explaining every step of the repairs. He went above and beyond my expectations in terms of doing what I needed and nothing more and to ensure that the solutions met our needs. In addition, Lupe and the owner Mike worked together to resolve another item of concern I had with the first service, and they stated they would resolve it without any additional cost in order to make sure we were satisfied. Lupe, and the company as a whole, are absolutely fantastic and they earned a customer for life with their service and desire to do what's right for their customers. Two of their best plumbers came out and replaced our three toilets and two outdoor water bibs. Tommy and Bill were on time, efficient and highly skilled plumbers. Jim Estes was very professional. He inspected the toilet, explained what he thought the problem was and how he would address the issue. Gave us a price for the service, which was reasonable, and then quickly proceeded to resolve the problem.In addition, he offered some tips on the how to avoid the issue going forward and discussed other questions we had regarding other plumbing related equipment.

I had Apache install a warranty replaced instant hot water heater that had parts covered but not labor. Another plumber quoted me $2400 for the labor alone. Obviously I got a second opinion from Apache.They did it for over 8 times less.

We called Instant Plumbing and rooter when on a Friday before we were headed out of town, we noticed our solar water heater was leaking and water was seeping out. Within a few hours of calling Instant plumbing and rooter they were at my house providing me options to replace my 6 year old Solar water heater. We chose to go with a Rude heat pump style heater as it seemed very high tech and safe to use with water leakage sensors (we have had our 2 previous water heater leak with one causing a flood in the home) When our water heater is located inside the home in the laundry room, safety of water detectage is a huge factor. The new water heater looks great and seems to be very efficient, we can even control the settings from our phone. I would always recommend Instant Plumbing and rooter for all of you plumbing needs.

7/8/21- Once again we called Instant plumbing and Rooter LLC as my under sink shut off in the kitchen needed replaced.. William replaced the hot & cold valves and ran all new plumbing. While he was here, I asked him to install our new kitchen Sink & Faucet as I had been waiting to get it installed so this was the opportune time... William did a beautiful job I would highly reccomend them for all of your plumbing needs

These guys made me loose so much time waiting on them. They would say they would get back to me to tell me when they could get me on the schedule, but then I wouldn't get a response. This happened 3 times. It appeared I was begging them to take my business. I finally gave up. Never again with these guys.

Hack job, re used all old parts they could. Return water line leaking water. Charged 1000 bucks to a very old lady I help. Also pressure relief valve not piped into anything! Look
