After the company missed their initial appointment with me, I called them in frustration. To their credit, they had a person come out at 8 am the next business day and did not charge me for the work. Way to turn around a bad situation and making it right!

Needed plumbing repairs on short notice and on a Saturday. Anthony got it done for us.

If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Our rental tenants reached out to us and told us there was water leaking from the backyard hose bib. I drove out to the house to check out the leak and immediately realized the leak was much worse than I could have imagined. I went to turn the water off but the valve was not working and the water was still running and appeared to be causing water damage to our foundation.

My sister suggested we ask a neighbor for a tool to turn off the water. That is when we saw Roger's plumbing van a few houses down. We jogged over and knocked on his door to ask for help. Roger was amazing, he was willing to quickly come, turn off the water with some fancy tool he had, assess the area, assess the damage and give me a quote on the spot. He was available to fix the leak and the dry wall all within 2 days.

Roger's immaculate customer service was beyond what I could've asked for in a time of crisis. Roger put us in contact with a thorough adjuster who was able to come to the property, assess the water damage, get in contact with insurance and file a claim all within 2hrs. Roger did a wonderful job on the work he did on our house and thanks to him, I was able to sleep knowing everything was being taken care of.

Roger has very strong communication skills which is what you want especially when you are not able to be on site for repairs. He was able to break everything down and itemize the costs for insurance, which made the coverage portion flawlessly smooth.

I will highly recommend Roger to everyone and will continue to contract him for all of our plumbing needs. Pricing was very fair especially for such quality work and such a breezy process.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
