So I was trying to fix a broken pipe myself because I’m pretty handy. I then pulled something you’re not supposed to pull on, and boom... water everywhere.

I called four places. The first couldn’t tell me the cost of emergency services. The second and third didn’t answer or call me back. Here, a friendly lady answered and told me someone would call me in 5 to 10 minutes. Anthony called in that time frame and gave me an ETA. His ETA was accurate, and I got 2 messages - one when he was 30 minutes out, and another when he was 8 minutes out. As a project manager, I’m a sucker for communication. He was kind, polite, respectful, honest, and he went above and beyond when he showed me what to do and gave me tips for the next time I decide I’m Wonder Woman and try and fix a broken pipe on my own. I do know that when I inevitably end up breaking something in my efforts, I’ll call these guys, and you should too!

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

I will never use a different plumbing company again! Robbins customer service is unbeatable! We just had Damon out to help with a really unfortunate drain pipe leak and he went so far above and beyond helping us figure out what we need to do in order to take care of this issue. He was on time (2 minutes early even) and had a very calming demeanor which was very helpful throughout my mild panics due to the severity of the plumbing issue we had. I couldn’t be happier with this service and company and would recommend 10/10! Love this company at the quality of technicians/plumbers they choose to hire!

Kyle was professional, friendly and very competent.Cleared a kitchen/laundry drain. Was kind of tricky bc it’s an older home. He was thorough and assured me that it is warantief for 120 days. He is the first plumber who has ever put drop clothes around for protection and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.I was very impressed and will certainly call him back when needed. Thank you, Kyle.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
