Had a leak on the first floor at 0700. Other business where unable to do same day appointments. Roto-Rooter, with the care and attention from Anthony, were able to make it to the property by 0900. Succinct attentiveness was able to solve the concern by 1000. For poor situations, Roto-Rooter's Anthony was able to repair, guide and offer after flood assistance to end in a brighter light. Thank you, Anthony and Roto-Rooter. Hope to not need you but i know a bad day may only be a frustrating morning with your help.

I found Tom through a recommendation of a neighbor on the Next Door app. I'm so glad I did! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional,licensed, bonded and insured.
. He did a great job removing my old shower and installing new shower. It was 44 years old as was the plumbing behind it. He replaced all old pipes with nice, solid copper pipe. He dug out the old drain and replaced that. He added wood to studs to anchor the grab bars properly. And he and his helper did it all from 8:30 am to 4 pm in a single day!
I had a small issue , it needed a bit more caulk as it shrank a bit in spots as it dried. Tom came back out the next day and spent 45 minutes finishing caulking and checking drain. He was so nice about it and wanted to make absolutely certain job was done right and I was happy.
I am very satisfied with the quality job Tom did for me and will have him back for other plumbing projects in the future.

On Saturday I tried to replace the hose in the yard when I suddenly broke the pipe. At that moment, worried and uncertain, we started our search for a 24x7 plumbing service in Google and found Reddi & Heroes. We want to give our great recognition to this company that gave us a 5 star service, in less than an hour we received the services to solve our problem that were given by Brent Sanderson in this case our hero, who did an incredible job in record time, considering that the pipe was split within an area of the structure of the house, it was necessary to open a hole in the wall to weld the pipe. When we have a problem like this is when we value the luck of having a service like the one received by Reddi. Fast service, Bryan (Plumber) was an honest expert in his field. Great advice and fast work. Took a star off because the customer service rep decided not to disclose baseline charges upfront. It makes the exchange feel like bait and switch. Overall the cost was reasonable which makes the customer service rep's communications seem unnecessary.

Desert water plumbing has been awesome to work with. I bought a new house that needed some upgrades and they were quick and responsive! Thank you!!
