Had an AC unit go out and need to be replaced. Christian Brothers walked me through the process of purchasing and approving a new unit to replace my old one. Jon was very personable and explained everything clearly. The install team of George and Derek were great and did an excellent job. Very professional, clean, friendly. The reason why this is not a 5 star rating is because I did have to deal with getting my service call fee refunded instead of it not being processed as was promised. Jon was able to get this refund out to me with no questions asked but just the fact that I had to deal with it after being told it would be voided and not processed was inconvenient. All in all it was a good experience and I am happy with the product so far.

This company still understands what customer service is. In today's environment that is greatly appreciated.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Needed a new water softener. Michael responded quickly and went back to get it and install all within a couple of hours. He also fixed a leak for me on a misting system. Very professional and helpful local business.

When we called on a Saturday we were expecting to schedule something later in the week, but had hope they could come that day. They did, they fit us in. Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me.
