The Ben Franklin Tech, Mr. Cisco Morales was very professional, on time and performed an EXCELLET JOB!Furthermore, he is a U.S. Army Veteran who was assigned to Fort Hood, as was I, so we had pleasant conversation of our time in the Military.Mr. Morales will no doubt have a very bright future with Ben Franklin Plumbing, as he is a credit to his profession!

Had this company out to my fathers house. Charged $500 to change a capacitor, told him his compressor was bad, unit was garbage and pushed him towards the lowest model unit they offer for $12k! Then they got mad when he wouldnt sign the deal. Left a sick old man without AC in a heat wave.
Called another company out, had the unit up and runnning in less than a half hour. Charged $100 and quoted us half what these jokers wanted for their lowest quality unit and his was for a top of the line unit. Nothing wrong with the compressor btw..
Its insulting that they would treat anyone like this especially a sick old man in the heat.
If youre thinking about calling Diamondback, dont! Look at my reviews and call a respectable company who believes in running an ethical business. Shame on these guys.

One day I was out getting something to eat and overheard someone(Jesse Adams) on a phone call talking to a potential customer. What caught my attention was that the guy, Jesse Adams, was not only being extremely professional but also provided consultation to the customer and explained cost-effective options. As someone who has had to deal with the headache of my car messing up, air conditioning issues, and plumbing problems I always get nervous that the person I call for help is going to take advantage of the fact that I’m in need of help. It spoke volumes about his character that he did what was in the best interest of a customer who definitely had an emergency plumbing situation. Every time I see a Rooter Ranger van, I think of great customer service now, thanks to Jesse Adams!

Andres was amazing! We had snapped the mixing valve in our shower while trying to replace it (on a Saturday). Andres was able to come that day within a few hours. He was very friendly and professional and even went out of his way to get the part we needed and the adapter. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely use this company again. We are so grateful to have been able to get our problem solved and our water turned back on same day! Highly recommend.

Quick professional services with a smile

I needed a plumber after our water heater flooded our garage. Cactus plumbing sent out Nick who was fast, courteous, and professional! It took a total of 3 hours from the time I called to get our brand new water heater installed. I greatly appreciate all of the hard work that goes in to providing such awesome service. I used Pink a second time after trying two other plumbers, lesson learned, I should have gone to these guys first! Omar not only diagnosed the real issue (which the other two plumbers I talked to prior to Pink didn't check), but he and Carlos finished the job quickly.
