Chris installed a laundry tub in our utility room. He carefully removed the sheetrock to get at the plumbing and replaced it when he was done. He left the room spotless. You could tell he takes pride in his work. (The only thing left for us to do was to tape the sheetrock where he cut it.)

Update: I knew the necessary repair would be extremely expensive. A prudent person gets more than one estimate under such circumstances. That is why I called PinkPlunbing. I simply asked for someone to drive by my address and look at the situation outside the house and give me an estimate, nothing more. I was told they would try to get someone out there the next day and I never heard anything. That is not good customer service. Deer Valley Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have found in Phoenix and they still rate five stars. However, the owner of Pink Plumbing responded immediately to my one-star review and seemed genuinely concerned, so I'm changing my review to three stars. Whwn I calked, nobody said anything about being short handed, only that the company is very busy. The office girl didn't say she would call if something opened up, only that she would try to get someone out the following day. I assumed if they couldn't get someone out, they would call me. I waited until 2:30 in the afternoon to call Pink Plumbing and it was only then that I was told that they weren't going to be able to send anyone out after all.

These guys are great. Great communication. Great service. Great price (Heck, I am not even sure it was great price, my experience was so positive I didn't even shop their price.) We had Lou in for an estimate. That same day he took care of a couple of things (replaced out door hose faucet), then had him back in a few days to replace the hot water heater, add a recirculating pump and fix the water pressure to a bath tub. All done perfectly with great explanations. Highly recommended.

We have used this company twice now, and we have been beyond impressed. First time was an emergency angle stop replacement, and they were able to come out quickly. Second time was a scheduled visit to install a pressure relief valve and replace a couple more angle stops. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out right away. We've worked with Jason, Lou, and Adam, and they were all fantastic. They've been honest and upfront about pricing, recommendations, and estimates. We are so thankful we found such a great company and look forward to using them for all of our plumbing needs.

$25k to dig a hole in my bathroom with the promise the insurance will pay for the majority ofit. For anyone reading, insurance won't cover plumbing repairs, only repairing the damage caused. But regardless, this company is overpriced and your restoration company will call you out.

I purchased a new refrigerator and the water line from the house was not working, so water and ice would not dispense. The delivery people did not know what was causing the problem, so I called Pink based on the excellent reviews. They did not disappoint! Becca, who scheduled my appointment was very friendly and helpful. Brandon, my technician, quickly and accurately identified the problem. He was thorough, efficient, neat and very knowledgeable, as I had other plumbing questions. My refrigerator is working as it should! I would not hesitate to call them again! Thank you!!

Called because we had no hot water from our gas heater. I expected to have to replace it. Lou and his assistant diagnosed the problem, explained several aspects of the equipment, repaired the vent to stop the carbon monoxide from leaking. Courteous; patient, and efficient. Not even a service call charge. I will be calling them for future projects.

I was receiving progressively worse news about my sewer line, until I reached the conclusion I needed a full replacement. From first visit: We are so happy with the service we received and the work we had done today by Lou and Adam at Pink Plumbing! After receiving quotes from two other plumbing companies that we were unhappy with, we were fortunate enough to come across Pink Plumbing during our search for an honest & fair plumber. We received the best price offer from them (without them even knowing the competitor estimates) which was almost 75% less than one of the other companies. Lou was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind and his apprentice Adam was very nice, sharp and knowledgeable as well! They made a great team and fixed our leaking pipe and flushed our water heater in a very efficient and timely manner and cleaned up afterwards as well. Pink is my go to plumbing company. They are probably the only vendors I look forward to coming over and I can't speak highly enough of them. But here I'll try, they are always responsive, professional, and personable. Lou and Adam are great people who do great work. They are the only ones that come by my house. And they have done so much work for me, I should build a guest house to set them up in! Their work is exceptional and they put up with my, probably excessive amount of, questions. They always clean up after themselves too. I just took it for granted. However during a recent remodel I've had problems with other contractors messing everything up. And having to yell or followup with their boss just to get them to cleanup. They are so thorough and energetic. Even when Lou was working on my extractor pump, the very first time I met him, he was responding to questions and laughing at my attempts at humor. If you know what an extractor pump deals with you'll understand that repair isn't a positive experience. But he was just working away being pleasant.

I called Pink Plumbing about a problem that ended up being a sewer main break one day, and they showed up the next day and immediately helped me out. They even got a mitigation company on-site immediately, and replaced my entire piping within 3 days. Incredible speed and value, and friendly to boot. The absolute best plumbing company I've ever interacted with by far.

My technician and his apprentice were great. Both were kind, amicable, and professional, and as a first-time homeowner, they made the process as painless as it could be while giving me tips on how to mitigate future issues. Start to finish easy peasy! I contacted Pink via email because I was interested in a Halo water purification system. I heard back from Stephanie that same night, it was a weekend mind you, so I was impressed with the responsiveness right off the bat. She and I emailed back and forth and she was very patient answering all of my questions and providing an estimate. I decided to utilize the 0% interest 18-month financing, applied, and set up an appointment for the installation to happen only 2 days later! Lou came on time and went over all of my options. He was thorough and courteous, answering all of my questions and taking my concerns into account. Several hours later, I was set with my whole home water purification system! So easy! Lou was very thoughtful and conscientious of how he installed everything and the logistics of everything. The price was about what I expected. Omar came out as promised to investigate our plumbing leak. He was friendly and professional, quickly locating the source of the problem and recommended a restoration company for the water damage. That repair is now underway.

Over the years, I've had an assortment of casual plumber flings, but never found a plumber that I really wanted to commit to due to the questionable quality of work I was left with. I've been looking for a good plumber for a long time and struggled finding one until now.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of snapping the handle off my water shutoff valve to my house. I wish I could say it was because I am very strong, but I suspect it had more to do with the valve being very old, very plastic and very not to code.

I called Pink Plumbing and Sewer and they scheduled an appointment to have a plumber come out to give me an estimate. Lou and Adam came by to check out the existing frankenstein install and took time time to explain the existing install, and what work would be required to correct it.

We’ve had Pink Plumbing out to our house twice now, one for a major plumbing issue, almost qualifying as an emergency, then, thankfully, just a minor one after that.
Chris and his crew did an amazing job detecting a damaging water leak, then displayed an extraordinary amount of knowledge and hard work to design a re-routing and new piping solution for our home.
As troubling as this was to us as homeowners (the water created a fair amount of damage, and could’ve been even worse), Chris took the time to personally oversee the work, and exhibited a sense of caring, respect and ownership to be sure the job was done right.
We were relieved when the project was completed, and have Chris to thank for that.
Separately, some time later, we suspected a different problem, and because we were prior customers, Chris personally came out to check things out for us. He ran some diagnostics, and thankfully, no issues.

We needed to replace our garbage disposal that had just seized up from lack of use. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come Thursday morning. They arrived on schedule following all Covid-19 protocols they said they would. The technician said I could get a discount if I was a Yelp member and I was. So that saved $55 off the total. I was very appreciative of this. He did his work in a timely manner and we're back to having a working garburator! Very pleased with their good service.

Recently, Lou helped fix my water heater. He showed up on time, with text reminders. He worked promptly and included me on any decisions. And then he spent time afterwards to provide tips for not running into my issue again.

Great experience with a plumber! Lou H was fantastic ~ friendly and even arrived early. I have never been so excited to see a plumber in my life. Our shower water never really ever got hot. We were always nervous about calling a plumber thinking it would turn into a huge expense. So honest and helpful ~ it was a simple fix (for them of course) and the price was affordable. Feels good to now have a plumber we can call that we trust and feel comfortable.

We have used Pink Plumbing for both a leak/faucet repair in our kitchen and for an upgrade to our shower valve in one of our bathrooms. Their technicians are responsive, knowledgable and give you multiple options to solve your plumbing needs. While I hope I won't need a plumber anytime soon, Pink Plumbing will be my go-to should the need arise.

In the chaos of my water heater blowing up, I called Pink Plumbing to set up an appointment. Days before the appointment, Brandon from Pink called me. By that point, there was extensive water damage. He was prepared to pick up a new water heater and jet over. I explained that my contractor turned up the standard heat setting and it began leaking rusted water. Brandon explained why this happened and the entire process as he exchanged heaters. I was immediately impressed with Brandon’s knowledge and his expertise. I knew I was in competent hands as Brandon is a licensed, bonded master plumber - contrary to my contractor. He calmed my frazzled nerves and handled this fiasco professionally. Brandon was awesome from the beginning to the completion of my emergency. In addition, he provided a reconstruction company to repair the wall damage. I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing because you will be treated with respect, courtesy and a level of professionalism not known to me before in this business.

I used Pink a second time after trying two other plumbers, lesson learned, I should have gone to these guys first! Omar not only diagnosed the real issue (which the other two plumbers I talked to prior to Pink didn't check), but he and Carlos finished the job quickly. Price was reasonable, they were very professional and honest, and cared about their work. I will only go to Pink moving forward. Shout outs to Omar and Carlos!
