Outside water spigot broke at the pipe and was leaking. Jeff from Bumble Bee come over within a few hours of making the call and even though on a Saturday after 3pm, they stayed to fix the broken pipe and get water back to the home. They gave options of going through inside or outside, explained benefits and cheaper options for fixing dry wall vs stucco and made all the repairs as well as explained what happened, educating us while they made the fixes. They also provided options and showed us other areas that may need to be fixed in the future but they don't pressure you at all, just inform and let you make the decision. Jeff and Andres were extremely helpful, quick and did great work, very friendly. Would use them and recommend them to friends and family in the future!

We called Tom late on a Saturday night, and he was over first thing Sunday morning. Found the issue, and took care of it for us. I called him again on a Sunday morning because I thought I had a problem with my water heater, and it turned out to be an electrical issue. Tom was professional, fast, and courteous. I will call him for all my plumbing needs.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Highly recommended and their scheduler/tech were absolutely professional and wonderful too!!

Adrian Medona was very knowledgeable. I appreciated how he explained things. He also repaired my water softener.

George came to see why my gas fireplace would not light. He was prompt and professional. He showed me that the fireplace was not getting air so it would not light. He also showed me how the front of the unit opened up. These are things I was not aware of and am very appreciative for the information. I most definitely will have him back next year to clean the entire unit.

We were very pleased with Leak Hunters. Alex is very knowledgable, and did a quick, but very thorough job at detecting the problems with our pool. He answered all of our questions, and showed us what he was finding, so we could see for ourselves and understand the issues. Although we hope that we wont need a leak finding service in the future, if we do, we will definitely be calling Alex. And we firmly recommend him to anyone needing help finding leaks with their pool.

I had a plumber try (and fail) to clear my line. He told me my pipe was broken and I had to pull out my kitchen cabinets, jackhammer the floor, and replace the pipe. Cost into the thousands. Instead I called roto rooter. He came out, gave me a quote, which had a rider that if he didn’t fix it, there would be no cost. It was therefore a no brainer to accept the quote. Half an hour later the line was clear and I was back in business. If I ever have an issue again I will call rotorooter first!

I only spoke with their receptionist. If their service is anything like their receptionist, I would think twice. She sounded extremely disinterested about scheduling service and sounded like she was annoyed to even be talking to me.

I had Simba Plumbing replace my water heater last night. They were the only company that was able to come right away. Highly recommend!
