I found a leak in our water main at around 7am this morning - writing this review at 12.30pm with everything fixed. Couldn’t be happier with the speed of response or the way David our plumber fixed the problem.

They tell me everything that needs to be done now and what could wait for a while. Very honest and I appreciate that as a business owner myself.

All the guys doing the work did a good job, But now that the work is paid for I am getting ignored by Jasen the supervisor who told me 3000$ was covered by insurance.But now he won't give an invoice & is repeatedly ignoring my request..

The work was scheduled between 8am & 12pm but I didn't receive a call from Reddi Services until 12:44pm that the technician was on his way, so I sat around waiting all morning for nothing, but was given a discount to make up for the inconvenience.
