Best Whole Home Water Filtration in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had Frederick and Sons out for an A/C unit repair that stopped working. They were able to repair the unit at a reasonable cost. I have used them multiple time for A/C repairs and plumbing repairs. They have always been fair and honest. They have also worked on my mom's home and were significantly less expensive than other competitors.

In our personal opinion, we did not feel that this company is very professional and we did not feel like we were treated respectfully. We feel that the situation could have been handled better and that honesty is very important. Please note: this is just our opinion based off of a one time experience.
After our initial review, we received phone calls and a letter from this company and their attorney demanding we take down our review.

I reached out to Arid Valley to get a water softener system installed and got a quick response. Riley was super responsive, at my house that day, and very knowledgeable. Ended up getting a softener and RO system. TJ did the install and was in and out in no time and super respectful. Overall it was a very positive experience and everything works fantastic. Going to save their number for any future plumbing needs...
