Best Sewer Camera Inspection in Gilbert AZ

Being a property manager, I have dealt with many plumbing companies. I would have to say this is by far the best company I have come across in the valley. Would highly recommend.

The first time he put in my new faucets, everything went well. Five months later I had granite counter tops installed and needed JimmyJoe to come out and install the faucets again. I had out of town guests arriving and so it was important to get this done on time. I scheduled, he was suppose to come at 1:30, by three I called him. He apologized, explained really busy that day but would come late afternoon, evening for sure. He called around five asking what parts I might need, was still coming. Finally at 7:00 I called him. Apologized again, I asked if he could do it first thing in the morning. Said he would check his schedule and call me right back. He called right back, was grateful and promised to be here at 6-6:30 in the morning. Finally at 9:00 I called him. Of course this time he wouldn't even answer the phone. Our office had an odd smell for a few months so we had them do a smoke test to find a pipe leak. They found it fast and replaced the broken piece quickly. Fantastic!

Water filter replacements and estimate for new water heater

Aaron was the plumber that showed up at my house for kitchen sink issues. I needed the plumbing work I did checked (the drain was refrained for a new sink) and had issues with a new faucet I installed. Aaron showed up about two hour ahead of schedule!! that was a fantastic! After looking at the drain he said it was done correctly. He looked at the faucet and I explained my issue and he told me what I was afraid of, its a cheap faucet that's why its not working. So after everything was said and done Aaron did not perform any work as there was none for him to perform. When he left he said he did nothing and so we was not going to charge me! Wow!! mind blown, I took up about 10 minutes of his time and he did not charge me. That is unheard of today, am very grateful and have already referred Phend and Aaron to others.

Had them out for another service, needed a sink shut off valve replaced. The service took less than 10 minutes. Work was great but the cost of $250 seem a little high for parts and little labor time. Workmanship is great but I think cost could be a little less. I would be very satisfied at around $175 for a new shut off valve cost and 10 minutes of labor.

These guys are awesome. Good response time, good workmanship, good value.

I cannot speak highly enough about Second Opinion. I contacted them for an estimate to replace 28-year-old polybutylene piping in a two-story home with more resilient PEX and add a new water softener. Their estimate ended up being more reasonable than two competitors. Kyle also identified and explained other issues that had been jerry-rigged by the former owners and needed correction.

Once the work was scheduled, Tawni in the Second Opinion office was always quick to communicate or answer any questions. The courteous four-person team who performed the work didn't stop for two days. They use their time and yours efficiently.

In the course of performing the work, Kyle also found a serious venting issue with the HVAC air handler in the attic that presented a carbon monoxide risk. He fixed it that day at no additional cost.

These folks are professional craftsmen who know their business. I plan to use them for any and all future plumbing needs and recommend them to family members and friends.
