Best Sewer/drain Camera Inspection in Gilbert AZ

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever had. My property management arranged for some plumbing work with this company. I called to make the appt and and was chastised by the customer service rep for not being available at the time she gave me to schedule. Did not even offer any other times. When I stated I was not available at that time, I was reprimanded because they had not been able to reach me. Unbelievable!!! If their work is anything like their customer service DO NOT USE them.

Excellent from start to finish!! Had a main waterline burst a leak in our yard on a Saturday evening. Called and someone actually answered the phone, had Brandon over to our house in 15 minutes...unbelievable! Brandon was extraordinary at assessing our problem, safeguarding our home, explaining our options and setting up the repair; very professional, courteous and informative!

Brandon arrived the following day with Austin and they both were outstanding. They did an excellent job and left our property spotless. I was very impressed with these two young men and the job they did!! Above all rest plumbing. I got to say Mike did an honest ,well timely mannered plumbing job by relining a water pipe and fixing the leak at a decent price. Mike right away knew how to fix the leak Mike knows what's hes doing. Mike also use top quality materials for his customer. Before above all rest I had other quotes from other plumbers with outrages prices and another plumber giving me a quote at outrages prices and then the next day adding more price because he said he needed to pay for his child support. Its hard to find a good plumber in casa grande az .but I decided to give above all rest plumbing a chance. And to my surprise Mike knew what he's doing and he's a man of word. I will highly recommended above all rest plumbing to my neighborhood . I will be definitely earn my business with above all rest plumbing for future use. Awesome service, but at an obscenely expensive price. Joe came on a Saturday to help us out, and his service was off-the-charts outstanding. Super professional and friendly, and quickly diagnosed the blockage in the main drain outside the house and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Joe had all the latest tech gear onhand to quickly diagnose and remedy the issues. He cleared the blockage in the main drain quickly in 1.5 hrs, which cost us over $1000 bucks. Basic Service=$338 (45 minutes) + Root Service=$495 (45 minutes) + $200 trip charge. I give No Worries Rooter 5+ stars for top-notch service, but only 1 star for the exorbitant rate (1.5 hrs @ $1000 = $750/hr rate). If you want royalty service and are willing to pay the premium for it, then NWR is the place for you :-)
