Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

Came out and did a hose repair. Charged $10 for parts and $255 for service call??? What??? Didn't rell me until work was done...my fault in not asking before they started the 5 min job. They asked to pay by check not credit card...I would never trust or use this company again.

Dave was very good and quality conscious of the job. He was on time and completed the job in about 1 - 1/2 hours. I would certainly use this company again in the future.

Impressed!! I called last night, Sunday, explaining not urgent, and was promised service today, Monday. Received text early today service between 9 and 10. Tom S called at 8:47 and was here at 9:15. Installed new shutoff on plastic pipe and got new warm water bidet in order. He then fixed frozen sink faucet. He took the time to explain exactly what to discuss with Moen to hopefully get a free replacement hot water handle. Tom was engaging and so professional! I highly recommend Phend Plumbing!!!

Shower had a leak due to the sharkbite fitting. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The issue came at a bad time and with Covid it was nice he was able to come out and fix the leak right away.

We have called on this company before for some issues we had in a home in Gilbert I can tell you all this the owner Steve is a great guy and a great plumber.

These guys were awesome. While the other companies swindle you into replacing A/C parts that are not in need of replacement....Ryan, Austin and the team of Second Opinion Plumbing sticks to the facts using honesty vs sales/scare tactics Nice refreshing change in today's times. Highly recommend!!!

This plumbing firm provides quality work at a fair price. Jessie, our water conditioning tecnician, introduced his product, tested our water, evaluated the plumbing that would be required and then explained the entire installation process. He arrived at the agreed date and time, completed the installation, explained how the system operated and cleaned up before he left.

Super great service. Had a toilet installed and turn off valve replaced. Ken was on time, worked fast, and did a great job on the install! Company interactions were very professional and timely. I highly recommend them. Pricing for the install was VERY reasonable. Only issue I had is that they wanted to charge $75 to pick up the toilet from Home Depot so I decided to pick it up myself. I feel like Home Depot or Delta should have covered this cost since I ordered the product and service from Home Depot. Or at least it shouldn't cost 3x the price of hauling the old one away.
