Best Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

I called them today because I had a few questions and the owner was fairly rude. I would expect a lot more from an owner. I could not believe it. I will not be recommending them to anyone anymore.

Junior did a great job on a very hot day last summer. He was very patient and pleasant. I am happy with my water tank installation.

I have used Aspen twice now and both times they were prompt, friendly, careful and honest. I appreciated them. The first time my water heater was leaking and they found my water heater was under warranty still and Scott got it for me for free! So only paid for his services. Today was the second time I have used them, Seth was friendly, prompt and did not try to push services that were not needed etc. I will use them again.

We were truly disappointed in the lack of communication from A+ Plumbing tonight. We scheduled an appt. with a man over the phone several weeks ago for 4pm this Monday. At no point did the man inform us that the 4pm time was an approximation. We specifically took several hours off work in order to accommodate the appt time. When 5:15p rolled around, we decided to call A+ Plumbing. The secretary did not know who was supposed to be arriving at our home, nor did she know when he'd be there. She ended up having the owner call me back. I asked the owner when the technician would be arriving and he simply stated that he was on his way, but did not give a time. When I asked if he thought the $75 service fee was fair after we'd already waited, and would be kept waiting, he hotly told me, Well, I'm not giving it to you for free. He then proceeded to have no knowledge of who scheduled my appt time, and he blamed his employee for giving us a set time, not a time range. We can be understanding that other appts run over - all we wanted was the courtesy of a call to let us know our technician would be significantly late. All in all, we did not expect to have a free service. However, some kind of discount would have been appreciated since it was obvious there was a clear miscommunication or poor training on A+'s part. We hoped that the owner especially, would have been more apologetic, and polite in clarifying the practices of his service. We will not be referring any friends or family to this company in the future, and are happy to pay a more reliable, friendly company double the money for their expertise.

Beyond exceptional! We had a slab leak under our kitchen area, involving our water heater. Chris Cartem was our assigned plumber. He was punctual, personable, professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and by far, superior to the other plumbers we had out to evaluate. Best part, the repair cost was less than the other 2 bids we received. Chris even took an additional amount off after determining the repair did not require as much work as initially estimated-amazingly honest. We were impressed with his integrity.

Highly recommend this company and Chris Cartem. You will not be disappointed!! We are loyal customers moving forward. Thank you Second Opinion.

Brian was a pleasant gentleman who was kind, efficient , knowledgeable and cleaned up very nicely after his work. He was trustworthy. I would call upon him again.

Technician Matthew was fantastic. This was our 2nd time using EZ Flow and they've always been great. Today, Matthew explained exactly what he was going to do to resolve the problem first, then after he fixed it, recapped exactly what was done. He was clean, professional and very friendly!

Prompt, efficient, courtious, and he did an excellent job of installing my new garbage disposal unit. What more could I ask?

Dekota is outstanding! No better way to describe him! His pricing is honest and extremely competitive, especially for the quality work that he does. He is professional, polite and prompt— sending a message when he’s finishing up a spot and when he’s en route. I feel like Dekotas customer service level is incredible only to be matched by his quality service. He also ALWAYS responds to any issue no matter how big or small. I’ve come to him to ask about future projects, diys and numerous other repairs and he’s always quick to respond, upfront and patient! Hard to find this kind of service anywhere anymore.
