Best Reverse Osmosis Water in Gilbert AZ

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Levi and the entire staff killed it for us as always. My husband and I bought an old home that had major plumbing issues, and we wanted to upgrade the old home with modern plumbing. We've always used Frederick and Sons for all of our plumbing needs, but this was a big job and they were honest, concise, and efficient and before we knew it our home was safe and humming like a new build! Levi and the staff are top notch!

My wife and I were stressed about a leak in our upstairs bathroom. When we reached out to Phend they were extremely responsive and quick to come out to address our problem. Tyler was the one that came by and he was very professional and great at helping us understand our options for repairs. He even put us in touch with the right people to make sure no further damage was sustained from the leak. He was quick and did quality work. Definitely will use this company again for other household plumbing needs and recommend to anyone!

Shower had a leak due to the sharkbite fitting. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. The issue came at a bad time and with Covid it was nice he was able to come out and fix the leak right away.

We have called on this company before for some issues we had in a home in Gilbert I can tell you all this the owner Steve is a great guy and a great plumber.

We had a slab leak and Matthew came out to go over the scope of the work and was upfront and honest about the job. PlumbSmart fixed the problem and Sam (technician leading the project) was awesome. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Will absolutely use them again for any plumbing service we need.

Unfortunately, I've had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Our experience was plagued by empty promises, poor communication, and charges for services which were never performed. And overall, it's extremely expensive for what you actually get.

We signed up with Thomas Home Services because we believed (as they so adamantly pitched) that they were better than a typical home warranty company. We liked the idea of having our major appliances professionally maintained properly, and replaced at appropriate times, instead of putting band aids on things until they permanently break. The monthly price seemed steep (even discounted for us, it was $65/month), but we were assured that it covered two visits per year dedicated to checking on air conditioning, one visit per year to check on plumbing, and $75 per visit when they came to fix stuff.

After a couple months, we called for them to come check our fridge's ice maker because it wasn't making ice. They came, attempted to fix the ice maker, but instead broke it even more (it now also leaks a large amount of water onto the floor every day). We were told it would be $50 for them to come out with the parts they needed to fix the fridge, which we agreed to and (stupidly) we paid them before they came back. They never came back.

I had to talk to a customer service person over the course of a month to find out they wouldn't cover the fix for the fridge because it was a pre-existing condition (my house is 8 years old.. literally everything is a pre-existing condition), and eventually get my money back. The customer service people I talked to were very nice and understood my situation, agreeing that I should get refunded, but I always had to be the one to initiate and follow up several times with no action taken by supervisors for over a month.

We've cancelled our services permanently. At this point, it'll be cheaper for us to just buy a new fridge ourselves and pay an A/C specialist to actually maintain our A/C than to dump money into this black hole.

To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.
