We could hear water behind the bathroom wall but we could not see any water anywhere. The meter was not spinning but we called a couple of plumbers out anyway because we knew the noise was new. The first plumber told us we should just wait until we saw water somewhere because there was no evidence of a leak. Second Opinion Plumbing came to the house and asked if they could cut a hole in the wall to see what was going on. Sure enough there was a small leak under high pressure in a connection pipe spraying against the wall. They were able to repair the pipe in 15 minutes, and were super reasonable on the repair cost. I am so glad we called them, it makes me cringe to think the damage that could have been done had we waited like the first plumber told us.

0 STARS!!!! Their experienced technicians have been to my house 5 times now. Everytime they come out, something new goes wrong with my HVAC system. We have gone over 1 month without a working A/C in Arizona heat. Appointments are never met. 99% of the time you get rescheduled to a different day. And then the reschedule gets rescheduled. They do not care about their jobs. You're systems will NEVER be fixed if you go here. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!

Repairs are a little pricey but worth it! I would rather pay a little more for better quality. Had new bathroom faucets installed and they look and work great! Jonathan was very professional and communication was great!

Gold Star Plumbing was a pleasure to deal with beginning with Katrina in their office and ending with Paul the repair person. Paul was friendly, efficient and skilled at sweating the pipes on both washer hookups for replacement. One handle had broken off due to age and minerals in our water and we had both replaced as the other was probably not far behind. We will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.
