I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Just came home from vacation to find the toilet still leaking after getting a very expensive toilet overhaul and having them come back for a second time. On the plus side, they were timely and courteous. Getting a second opinion about the work done.

He involved me and informed every step of the way maintaining diligence to root out my issues. Once we were able to identify a solution, Brian gave me a very fair estimate before proceeding with my consent to begin the repair. I’m completely pleased with the job that’s been done, I will be hiring above all the rest for future jobs and houses. I highly recommend.

This guy is way cool. Called expecting to get an appointment set up for blah blah business days later, I wasn’t excited about my plumbing problem as it was, and this guy LITERALLY came out an hour after I called and gave me a way stellar performance AND price.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
