We had a late night sewer backup in our 2+ month old home this week. We had called several 24- hour plumbing companies that did not respond until the next day. Above All the Rest was wonderful! They responded within hours came to our home at 4am and the issue was resolved before 5:30am. The plumber (Brian) scoped the sewer and found chunks of styrofoam and latex gloves! He had us watch the sewer scope so we could see what was going on. Fortunately the debris broke loose and the lines were all intact. We also had a broken clean-out cap which was never glued on. Pricing was acceptable given the overnight timing. Brian was a professional, he explained what he was doing in detail and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this company.

Paul (expert plumber) came to our home to evaluate our tile shower for possible repair. He helped us realize that the original installation of the walls and floor were done incorrectly by another contractor years ago, without a floor pan! We elected to replace the shower along with a whole bathroom remodel, rather than a difficult retrofit for the shower alone.Very helpful person and super pleasant to work with. Also the service coordinator was highly responsive regarding Paul’s visit and followed up nicely. I strongly recommend this company.

You can not get them on the phone. They tell you to call back because they are on the line but when you do its the same story.

Just spoke with Thomas over at Delta regarding a water heater install, and while we haven't used their services yet, I was EXTREMELY impressed by his knowledge, his attention to detail, and his friendliness--I've spoken to a lot of business reps and customer service folks over the phone, and he really set the bar for the rest of them. He was able to answer every question and then some, really paid attention to us, and tried not to keep us on the phone forever (but he was a real pleasure to talk to). His professionalism really instilled a lot of confidence in the company, and certainly earned our business. Get this guy watching all the phones lol!
