Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. This company was called out to fix the heating in my apartment. When I got home from work, I discovered that they had locked my cat in a closet. I have no idea how long she was trapped that dark space without food, water, or litter.

Very satisfied with my Plumbsmart service on Wednsday. The technician (I believe his name was Dave) was on time, friendly, and professional. He replaced an (old) tubular extension piece that broke off while removing it to insert the cable drain - which easily removed the clog. He gave me helpful advice on replacing the remaining old plumbing (basket strainer) that was leaking. I also received a discount from the 1yr Service Agreement I had previously purchased. I chose not to hold it against him that he was from Wales (My mother is from Liverpool... a Scouse) Just kidding. Mateo was early to the job. He was very personable, professional, and informative. He took the time to check the system/duct work to determine why the problem was occurring and took the steps to correct it. He explained how the system worked and what he was doing to correct it. He did try to take my El Pato hot sauce (just kidding), but thats understandable. Thank you for the assistance.

Only company I contacted that called me back. They gave me a timeframe the technician would be there and he was actually early. Very helpful, figure out the problem quickly and resolved the issue. They don’t charge a diagnostic fee like many other companies so that was nice! Would recommend!

Austin arrived on time and went straight to work. Flushed my water heater, did a maintenance on the heating and ac. Checked to make sure the air scrubber and surge protector were working as designed. He also replaced the old start kit which was not working as effectively. Very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what needed to be done to keep system running as it should. I'm grateful to Austin and the rest of the Precision team for putting their customers first.
