Best Kitchen Remodel in Gilbert AZ
Mr Garrett came with his team Bob and Logan this morning. They took care of my problems very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely using them for any of my future plumbing needs. If you are looking at this review, most likely you are looking for a plumber, you should call them now!

I've used Jimmy Joe's in the past, but the actual owner came out those times (R/O water filter installation and remove/reinstall toilet for new tile). I'm not sure who the person they sent out this time was, but he had no clue whatsoever, or he had instructions to up sale. Didn't have parts to fix leaking faucet (it's a Delta, not like it's unusual or anything, but it is what it is). Original Crane toilet, yes it is at least 25 years old, but they haven't exactly changed designs a lot in the past 60 years or so. I had a universal repair kit, plumber insisted it wouldn't fit. Sorry, it fit the other two identical toilets in the house. It will double flush, sorry, not if you install it correctly. Wound up having to call their office and order the belligerent person out of my house (yes really, that bad). It's a shame, they've done a good job in the past (including removing this exact toilet, letting a new tile floor be installed, and then placing the toilet back). They did this 3 years prior, and THEY were the ones who installed the it's too small, they don't make that anymore part. I'm over 60, have bad arthritis, and didn't want to be bending over replacing the parts in the toilet. I'm not going to be insulted and have an obvious up sale/lie from the plumber try and tell me I must replace the toilet instead of using a $20 part and an hour of labor. Very odd, Google shows me this review, but doesn't show it to anyone else. What gives?
Update, I replaced the leaking seal (flapper, etc., a $20 kit) with the one they told me doesn't fit. They just want to upsell you into buying a new toilet, and Google should be ashamed of themselves for hiding critical reviews. The owner needs to be much more careful who they hire, or what they instruct him to do, you lost a customer that had used you 4 times in the past.

Levi and the entire staff killed it for us as always. My husband and I bought an old home that had major plumbing issues, and we wanted to upgrade the old home with modern plumbing. We've always used Frederick and Sons for all of our plumbing needs, but this was a big job and they were honest, concise, and efficient and before we knew it our home was safe and humming like a new build! Levi and the staff are top notch!

Andre did a fantastic professional job in taking care of a continual issue-bound toilet in our hall bath. He analyzed the issue and had it taken care of in less than an hour. We are most appreciative!

We could hear water behind the bathroom wall but we could not see any water anywhere. The meter was not spinning but we called a couple of plumbers out anyway because we knew the noise was new. The first plumber told us we should just wait until we saw water somewhere because there was no evidence of a leak. Second Opinion Plumbing came to the house and asked if they could cut a hole in the wall to see what was going on. Sure enough there was a small leak under high pressure in a connection pipe spraying against the wall. They were able to repair the pipe in 15 minutes, and were super reasonable on the repair cost. I am so glad we called them, it makes me cringe to think the damage that could have been done had we waited like the first plumber told us.

The installer was great! However when removing old water heater or bringing in the new one, he accidentally knocked off the garage sensor to the ground. Therefore I was unable to shut or open the garage door.I put it back on as best as I could. Someone will fix it tomorrow. This is a great company, however I was not happy with “the cost of the new water heater” . Since the old one was already leaking and ready to burst., I agreed to the price because I just wanted to get it over with. Most of these companies have coupons which are useless as the price is NEVER what they are advertising, which was the case with me. I also wanted a certain brand which they do not carry. I think plumbers and electricians are a necessary evil. They are not friends to those on fixed incomes, either.Actually my neighbors feel that I paid too much for this water heater and it wasn’t even the brand I wanted. Matthew said Rudd was a better brand but after some researching, I found this not to be the case.

Ian showed up on time and found our leak in the sanitary line from the second floor. Consulted on reason for leaks and determined inferior workmanship when home was originally built. Also contacted manufacturer of pipe fittings and determined pipe was left in sun uncovered which damaged the pipe. He worked late into the night to finish the work. This company can be trusted to do exceptional work. Never a call back after completing their work.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
