Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

TJ from Arid Plumbing fixed the drain and piping to my washing machine today. He also installed a shower head for me and did a few other tasks for me that I could not do. He was so helpful and gracious and the service was at a very good price. I will use their services again when needed. Great job TJ!

Imaging it’s 4 days before thanksgiving and you’re about to host about 30 out of town guest when your plumbing backs up into multiple toilets the day your guest are arriving. We’ll, this happened to me - on a Sunday no less. I was freaking out! I called second opinion plumbing and Clayton came to our house on a Sunday and fixed our clogged septic system. Had a pipe break inside of a wall near my sink. Mike fixed it up better than new and came within a few hours of my call. Honest plumber that is fair in pricing and service.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
