I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

Peter j was my guy. He was very knowledgeable. Had tub clogged bad. Peter did great job. I was satisfied with my service today with rooter plumbing. Would like Peter be my dispatch guy again

Needed a gas line installed to hookup our dryer. Showed up on time to provide a quote. Great price! Came out next day on-time. Installed gas line with on/off valve and dryer hookup hose. Excellent job, highly recommend.

3/22 Update - water shutoff valve broke on move in day to our new home. Called at 10:00AM, there at 12:30PM, fixed by 1:30PM. Awesome job!

5/29 Update - air conditioning unit died. Called at 8:30AM, there by 10:30 AM, fixed by 12:30PM. Awesome job, just needed new capacitor. system backup and working great! 911 is my plumbing company, should be your too!

8/21 Update - Replaced our broken down Master Bath Exhaust Fan with a higher capacity unit. Excellent job, much quieter and really pulls the moisture out. Great job!

A job that was supposed to take a two man crew 6 hours to complete, turned into a full work day repair with all hands on deck. Or at least 5 of the most highly trained, friendly and knowledgeable PlumbSmart employees I know. The work involved a condo ceiling unit full install. First, their customer service from the very first time I called their office to when their plumbers came out was excellent. They answered all my questions, kept me updated on ETAs and what was going on, and their prices are very affordable. They installed a new 50-gal gas water heater the same day I called to get a quote. It ended up being $950 flat (no additional fees, costs, or extras like you typically see. What they quoted me the first time was the true out the door price). They were prompt, professional, and fast. I'm so happy I found them because I called 3 other popular plumbing companies and would've been overcharged for the same service.

This company has excellent customer service! Rick was outstanding, very kind and professional, and gave me plenty of details, as well as following up for service. I really appreciated the excellent service, and would use them again.

Courteous and professional service

Called THS and they came out the next morning. Brian was fantastic, installed smart thermostat and we had to replace transformer because it's an old system. Did some other tests while in the AC and realized compressor was pulling very low amps. Installed a compressor saver. Had all parts ready to go. Will use THS again.

Joe was punctual, professional, and friendly. He worked quickly and the quality of the work is high. I am happy!

This company was chosen by our home warranty, and what a complete waste of time. The tech they sent was completely worthless, did nothing, and here I am still having the same issues that I've had with no solution in sight. GO ELSEWERE!
