This company is great. We just bought a house about a month ago, and it came with some unexpected plumbing and AC issues. Stumbled upon 911 heating, cooling and plumbing and couldn't be happier. They are quick, honest and offer exceptionally fair pricing. I'm glad that I have found one company that can take care of both my plumbing and AC issues.

Came home and saw a large puddle of water on my covered porch. Was certain I had a leak. Called Second Opinion Plumbing and Kyle came out within 1 hour of speaking with him on the phone. He did a thorough inspection and determined that I did not have a leak but the puddle was likely from the heavy rain we had been having. WOW!!! I am so impressed with the professionalism and HONESTY! And, the inspection was FREE! They have a customer for life!!

The plumbers that came to my house were awesome. They were very personable and I really enjoyed their banter. They answered all of my questions and let me know I didn't have a leak in my wall but the caulking on the shower door needed attention. They installed 2 new faucets and did a great job. Brian even came to my rescuewhen he saw me struggling with the bathroom trim. Will definitely use Plumbsmart again in the future.

Electrical repairs great service excellent service 👍🏽‼️

To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.

Austin was awesome, most professional in every way. It was most pleasurable dealing with Precision Air. Thanks again. I will recommend your company .out highly. Thanks for your service.
