I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. He made the process very easy and quick. Thank you again! Much appreciated!

Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

They are ALWAYS my plumbing company of choice and as a very busy realtor in the valley, that says a lot! They are honest, professional, fair and great at what they do!

**Update: we’ve now had Sam help with quite a few more issues since my first review in 2021. He’s always friendly, and always has some new piece of helpful advice for us when it comes to our home. I love that because I can tell he honestly wants to save us from having to do more costly repairs, and we appreciate that we can trust him.

I found Sam via Yelp when I sent a request for bids. So glad I did! He came out next day and helped me with sink valves, toilet valves and a broken washing machine valve. I got myself into a bind while trying to DIY—and he even showed me how to remove my old valves in case I wanted to do the additional bathrooms myself. He was so nice and progressional I am probably done with any and all plumbing related DIY and will just call him. :-) The quotes I got I on Yelp were double what he charged me. He is more than fair, he is friendly and professional, and extremely knowledgeable as well. We plan to have him back to help with additional items and it’s so nice to know we have someone close that we can trust with repairs. Stop looking and just call him!

Had a cartridge that would not come out for anything. I called them around 5:45am on a Saturday and they were at my house in less than an hour later. Got the cartridge replaced and everything is working as desired.
