They will get it done right, in the rare instance where we think something should be different, they are responsive and always ensure we are pleased and my customers are HAPPY. Companies are good when they handle things while everything is flowing smoothly. These guys are great with how they handle the less smooth projects as well. 10/10 recommend.

Shane was amazing! He went above and beyond and was so incredibly proactive ensuring our property management company stayed in the loop on timing and approvals. He got our hot water heater to us a day earlier than promised and was so pleasant the entire time.

We have used EZ Flow for a few different projects now and they’ve always done a great job. We thought of them when we had a bigger project, to replace 4 bathroom faucets and our entire kitchen sink, disposal and faucet. It was a bit of a wait due to supply issues, but they were helpful in moving things along. Ian has helped us on a few different jobs now and he is very kind and professional.

This company has been my go-to plumber since I moved here in 2003.
There is no one I trust more, or totally depend on for the best service there is.

So disappointed in Home Depot for using this company. I am on my 3rd schedule appointment with them and I still have no water heater! They originally came out Tuesday, they brought the wrong size water heater, rescheduled me for Friday instead of making me a priority. My time frame came and went, no call that they couldn't make it that day. Rescheduled for today from 10-12. No call. Just no show. I called the office at 12p, 2p amd 4p, and they still can't tell me when they are coming out! Beyond angry with this company, they need to learn to use a phone and call costumers when they are late!

Update 10/18 well I was ghosted again on my 3rd appointment. Management is allegedly involved but I have yet to hear from them, and they promised it would get done Saturday. Nope. No one showed up or called. I called them Sunday and I wasn't even on the schedule for jobs to be done. I finally just canceled my order. No way I'm giving my money to this company after the way I have been treated!

Treg went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch. If you need a plumber, don't look any further. YOU FOUND THE RIGHT GUY RIGHT HERE.

Above all, I appreciate their responsiveness and straightforward approach. Every crew member has been friendly and experienced.

I needed several things done in my home. Dekota came out to review what was needed and provided a detailed quote. He is knowledgeable, professional, reasonable and guarantees his work. He does a lot of work in the community I live in and everyone raves about his services. Will be using him to install a filtration system.

Angel did us a fantastic job of complete installation of a new water heater, removing old heater and installion of recirculationg pump. He does very knowlegable of all his work, on time & very curtious. We would highly reccomend him for all plumbing needs!
