They were super responsive and had someone at my building within a few hours even though it wasn’t a crazy emergency. The plumber who arrived out (Francisco Peterson) was nice and solved my dilemma If I had any complaint it was that they are not cheap. Then again, you get what you pay for and I was glad to pay a higher amount for great service.

I recently had a bad leak and called affordable plumber, Pat stayed with me on the phone, told me what to do and helped me get the leak under control. I scheduled a time for him to come out and correct the problem. Walt & Cody came and repaired my leak & replaced new pipes. They were friendly and professional. We are extremely happy with Rich and the entire process. We spoke with him after having a flood in our garage from our failed tank water heater. He called immediately, was incredibly patient with all of our questions, and made room in his schedule to come the next morning to install a tankless water heater. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, his communication was above par. He texted in the morning to let us know he was able to come an hour early. Again, he answered more questions and did a great job. He also checked in two days after the install to see how we liked the new unit and if we had any more questions!
