Awesome company!! I had an ac AND plumbing issue .. They were quick to get out as soon as they could and were able to FIX both issues when 2 other companies had no idea what the heck was going on! And I found them to be VERY reasonable with their price !! Customer service with the office and communication with the technician was right on. He took me step by step what needed to be done, gave me the price and fixed it all..!! I recommend them 100%

Can’t recommend this company enough!!!! Water heater started leaking pretty bad so I had to shut the main off and made a few calls to get someone out. Not only was this company the only one to have a real person answer after hours but Chad is the most professional and knowledgeable person out there. He was able to come out and swap in a new water heater THAT NIGHT! Not only that but he also diagnosed a few other things he found and informed me, Absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever but he just wanted to make us aware of the issues. Because of that we had him come back to take care of the other issues another day. The service and ethics are UNBEATABLE. You will regret not calling C&S Family Plumbing first.

[Service, Timeliness, Technician] Eric was very experienced and found the problem within a few minutes and was quick to point out another problem that I had him rectify. I am 80 years old and still stuck on the 1975 prices, but very satisfied with the work and you are on my speed dial, is there still a speed dial? oh well you know what I mean.

My plumber was on time and courteous. He explained everything and went over several pricing options. While the price was a little higher than I was expecting, it was an amazing job. I've lived in my home nearly 9 years and have had no real plumbing issues. I'm very pleased with the job done and the kindness of our plumber. Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

Patrick was our plumber HERO OF THE DAY! He fixed the problem with dishwasher and fridge. His knowledge of plumbing was stellar. The valves and waterline were all misplaced and he made sure to test everything before leaving. I recommend this company 1000%

You can not get them on the phone. They tell you to call back because they are on the line but when you do its the same story.
