Best plumbing service I have ever hired. Very skilled, reasonble prices. If you are a landlord, they do a great job of coordinating with your tenant and keeping the landlord informed. Efficient e-mail invoicing and payment system. They also work on reverse osmosis systems and do a better job than companies solely dedicated to R/O systems. Be a good customer and have photos and/or detailed info of the problem and you can set everything up by text.

Junior came out, diagnosed the issue and did 2 toilet installs all within 3 hours! Impressed.

I had an issue with my irrigation system. They were honest and told me that the problem would be more cost-effectively solved by someone who specializes in sprinklers/irrigation, but David went ahead and facetimed me and guided me through shutting off my water that had been running for hours, at no charge. Thanks David! Will be using Phend for any issues I have in the future.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!
The company is not reliable and dishonest. It took them 2.5 months to receive a replacement garbage disposal and many phone call that they don't bother to return. When they did finally show up with the part, they installed it but disabled my water filter.
Do not use them unless you want to spend your money and time.

We are doing a total curbless walkin shower remodel. I had to hire 2nd Opinion after Tawney who took my call was so upbeat and friendly I immediately felt this wasn't a corporate organization this was a family operation and they care. Brian came out soon after on time, polished & wearing a mask (other plumbers did not). I have to admit I didnt know what I wanted and where to put it but he took the time to thoroughly explain everything even giving me some better ideas. A week later was surprised to find he himself would be doing the work with a helper. I observed he is very careful with tasks at hand and treated his helper with kindness, respect and yet authority. Answered my million questions without irritation and even gave hubby some how to tips that were greatly appreciated. Oh yeah, price was very fair for all the work they did also left the place cleaner than when they came.

Super fast response time, great work, and cheaper than I was expecting. I also appreciated that he walked me through what he was doing so I understood the problems and what he did to fix it. Also super friendly!

Michael did a fantastic job for us. He was able to provide same day service on a leaky filling toilet valve. He kept me informed along his way and solved the problem with in a fantastic timeframe. Also, his prices were quite reasonable.

Boss! Parker was awesome! He Showed up and was so polite, and on time, knew exactly what to do. Excellent service and fixed within hours. Best call!
