They made sure I got the best deal for my issue, were quick and professional, and even gave me a tip for how to care for my older home's pipes by using an enzyme based drain chemical instead of the typical drain-o. Really appreciate that commitment to the longevity of my system. The combination of automated and actual human facilitated process for making, confirming, and providing updates to my service worked amazingly well.

Jeremy did an excellent job. He replaced a sink, faucet and toilet. He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and thorough. He made sure everything worked well and that there were no leaks before he left. He left his work area neat when finished. He also installed a hot water heater a few months ago. I highly recommend him.

I had used Gentry Remodeling to complete a Water Heater Install. They were able to pickup the water heater from the Ferguson Distribution Location, and bring it to my house for the installation. (I, The Customer, Didn't have to worry about procuring the materials, they made this part a Breeze)
